After assisting with the next rankings update for the Class of ‘26, I'm back with another report on the upcoming senior class. Over the past few weeks I've had quite a bit of time to truly evaluate the Class of ‘26, and I can confidently say this class has an abundance of talent throughout.

Folks will soon be able to see the progress these players have made since the previous update earlier this year. But for now, I wanted to highlight some more prospects that haven't been featured in several months. Here's a look at five Top 100 prospects that are building momentum ahead of the ‘25 campaign.

Quarterback

[player_tooltip player_id='1113370' first='Carson' last='Dixon'] - Basehor-Linwood, 6'2”, 180, QB

Dixon was one of the top gunslingers in the Kansas City metro and surrounding counties last year, but he'll look to take his game to new heights in the fall. He's been very active throughout the spring and this early part of summer. Dixon was a state qualifier in track for long jump and the 4x100 relay, and he's looked sharp so far during camp season. The 6-foot-2 quarterback is slated to have a busy next couple of weeks, as he'll hit the road to attend camps at North Dakota State, Washburn, Missouri Western State, and Pitt State. These events will be great opportunities for him to pick up some more offers.

Athletes

[player_tooltip player_id='945017' first='Traimyre' last='Woodruff'] - Shawnee Mission NW, 5'11”, 180, ATH

Woodruff is one of the more versatile offensive prospects in this class. His 2024 campaign has been well documented, and there's quite a bit of excitement for what he'll do during the 2025 season. There's a chance he'll have the opportunity to showcase his arm from time to time, but Northwest's staff will surely utilize his dynamic running more this fall. Woodruff has been gearing up for the increased workload, as he's been working toward a squat max of 500 pounds. He currently holds offers from Benedictine College and MidAmerican Nazarene.

[player_tooltip player_id='1591265' first='Blake' last='Jay'] - Mill Valley, 6'0”, 170, ATH

Jay is another dynamic athlete capable of contributing in many ways. The Mill Valley product was one of the highest ranked newcomers in the previous update, and folks can expect to see him with a higher rank in the next update. His athleticism was on display this past spring, as he was a key contributor for Mill Valley's baseball team. Last month Jay also received an offer from Drake University.

Wide Receivers

[player_tooltip player_id='810275' first='Ayden' last='McGibboney'] - Blue Valley NW, 6'3”, 190, WR

McGibboney currently sits just outside the Top 25 at No. 32 overall. However, that ranking could change with a strong senior campaign. The 6-foot-3 wideout is building serious momentum ahead of his senior year. Just last month he received offers from Drake University, Central Missouri, Independence Community College, and Missouri Western State. The most recent program to offer him was Missouri Southern. He's a multi-sport athlete that more programs should look into.

[player_tooltip player_id='1573511' first='AJ' last='Gallegos'] - Shawnee Heights, 5'10”, 160, WR

Shawnee Heights is set to have quite a bit of offensive firepower this season. Their offensive unit has some notable names, but one player folks should remember is Gallegos. While he may not be Shawnee Heights' top target, Gallegos could absolutely be a No. 1 wideout for several programs across the state. He's wrapping up his camp season tour this weekend, and has looked good from the clips I've seen. Recruiters need him on their radar.
