The Warriors have the feel of a team capable of making a run in 5A this coming season. An interesting group of young guys will join a proven core of veterans, which includes Vannausdle. His recently released junior highlight video reveals an impressive performer at left offensive tackle. He's powerful and strong, which helps him plow through people in the run game. As a pass protector, Vannausdle sets up strong with violent hands and smooth feet to help stay in front. He could end up staying outside on the next level, but his athleticism would play up more at guard and his strength would allow that shift.

Following a season of coming up short against a challenging schedule, the Mustangs return a core group of student-athletes ready to flip the script in 2025. Montford is a key member of the returnees as he enters his junior season. His 10th-grade varsity highlight video contains footage of a young O-Lineman advanced in pass-pro. Part of that is agility and fast feet, but he's also technically sound with proper hand placement. While most of his clips show him protecting the passer, there's evidence of him clearing the way for the run. Montford is a breakout prospect for this coming campaign.

Centennial's 2024 season ended in frustrating fashion. After falling to Dowling in triple overtime during the regular season, the Maroons won by four points in the 5A state quarterfinals. That experience should serve as motivation this fall, when the Jaguars will be strong in the trenches. On the O-Line, Liechti will lead on and off the field. He'll be building on a junior campaign when he established himself as a force at left tackle. Liechti handles opponents from a physical standpoint, and marries that strength with sound technique. His talents shine through during his 11th-grade highlight video, where power, agility and sweet feet help him pave the way for the ground attack or set up in pass pro.

DeBoer arrives in Central Iowa with a reputation for punishing opponents in Minnesota. In the transfer, the Wolves strengthen what already figured to be a salty offensive front. Taking a look at his junior highlights at Richfield Academy of Holy Angels, we witness a left tackle asked to pull during the first few clips. DeBoer proves athletic, picking off helpless defenders in space that are brave enough to engage him. He's sound in opening up holes for the rushing attack and also is technically sound in pass-pro. Keep him at tackle for as long as he's productive, but he also has a path to success inside.

Grinnell won six games last season, its three setbacks coming against 3A postseason participants in Williamsburg, Solon and Benton. The good news for the Tigers is that they'll be out of that district in 2025. The bad news might be that they're moving up a classification. The transition should be made easier by returning production like Guzman. As a junior last season, he helped out on defense, but the junior highlight video emphasizes his talent on the offensive front. A right tackle last season, Guzman's future on the next level likely would be at guard, where his strength, power and agility would play up more than on the outside.

The junior highlight video is limited to last season's first three games, but that's enough for St Jean to get his point across. That would be his present production and promising potential. St Jean's strength is run blocking, where he overwhelms opponents with mass and power. He's not a slug, however, getting quickly off of the snap and moving his feet. St Jean reaches blocks on the second level when asked to get out in space. That agility serves him well in pass protection. Still a little raw, St Jean is far from reaching his considerable ceiling.
