<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>In today's article, I am highlighting a handful of players ranging from the class of 2026 to 2028. Each of these players have elevated their team, and I believe will continue to do so going into the 2025 season. Let's dive into it!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["983361"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6823a92aad36e"} --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">You can't talk about the 2028 class without discussing [player_tooltip player_id='983361' first='Davis' last='Moon']. Measures in at 6'3 310-pounds, and can MOVE. Saying the top freshman offensive lineman is a beast, is an understatement. Right off the bat, you see his elite strength on the tape. He blocked 2 guys with 1 arm each while moving laterally. Moon has a good knee bend and very good flexibility.&nbsp; He starts with a low pad level and has very good initial quickness out of his stance. Explosive too. He uses very good hand placement and elite hand strength to control and steer the defender. Moon grabs a hold of them, and overpowers the DL. Very good foot quickness. In pass protection, he has a very good anchor, not getting knocked back into the pocket. Very good pull blocker, and outside blocking. Very good timing between his 1st and 2nd level blocks. One thing to note about Moon, is his relentless effort. He consistently plays through the whistle, dominating his opponent.&nbsp; He is one of the top offensive lineman in the state and he's only a freshman.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":["not_in_db"],"_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_selected_featured_image":"field_62cca28ffa4e7","player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"[player_tooltip player_id='1717125' first='Rylan' last='Tisdall']","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_player_name":"field_62aba4c9ecf2f","player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"2027","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_graduating_class":"field_62aba4ddecf30","player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"6'4u0022","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_height":"field_62aba4e8ecf31","player_evaluations_0_player_details_weight":"235","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_weight":"field_65b288425ecf6","player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"5926","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_position":"field_62aba4f0ecf32","player_evaluations_0_player_details_school":"Lutheran","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_school":"field_62aba4fdecf33","player_evaluations_0_player_details_club_team":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details_club_team":"field_62d20e723441a","player_evaluations_0_player_details":"","_player_evaluations_0_player_details":"field_62aba4afecf2e","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6823a92aad449"} --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">Rylan has been having himself a nice offseason. Competing at camps with a high level! &nbsp; The sophomore measures in at 6'4 235 pounds. Within 4 games last season, he had 15 total tackles (9 solo, 6 assisted), 5 TFL, and 3 QB hurries. He has very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, change of direction, lateral agility, and good speed. Tisdall has a relentless motor in his pursuit, either after the QB or the RB. He has good initial quickness out of his stance, engaging first with the OL. He uses his very good hand strength and good hand placement to control the OL at point of attack. Tisdall has a powerful bull rush and a nice spin move in his disposal. He's a good tackler, and has shown to push the pocket, creating disruption. He's a must know name going forward, so keep an eye on this young buck.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["1394627"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6823a92aad49a"} --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">Coyle had himself a nice junior season. The 5'11 180-pounds SS had 49 total tackles (21 solo, 28 assisted), 1 FR, and 2 interceptions. Coyle has very good athletic ability due to very good speed, acceleration, good jumping, and change of direction. He is a disruptive force on the field. He can line up anywhere; zone, box, and the line of scrimmage. Coyle is a very physical safety using his very good strength to lay the boom on ball carriers. He stops them in their tracks. Very good tackler. Very good mental processing due to his very good reactionary speed, and by consistently watching the QB/the ball. Very good zone coverage and man. He stays stride for stride with the receiver, jumping at the last second to create a pass break up. Coyle is a beast, and is a name to know moving forward.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["1673137"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6823a92aad54a"} --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">Now Tommy isn't a Colorado prospect, he's a Kentucky one. However, I wanted to highlight his ability. Measures in at 5'10 165-pounds. Played QB/RB/SS this previous season, however he was used as a rusher lined up at QB. As a safety, he had 44 total tackles (24 solo, 20 assisted, 2 TFL, 1 INT, 7 PD). Maddox has very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, good change of direction, balance, and jumping. Ran a 4.47. As a RB, he uses his explosiveness and very good vision to run through the defense for a TD. He has a good stiff arm to knock the defender down, while also using dynamic jump cuts to make them miss. As a defensive back, he shines. Maddox plays like a heat seeking missile. Using his very good reactionary speed, he puts himself in the position to succeed. Whether in the deep zone creating pass deflections with his lengthy arms, or in the box stuffing the run. He was consistently making plays. Very good closing quickness in coverage. He is a strong tackler, and lays the boom. Colleges should look at his athletic ability, because it would greatly help a team.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block {"name":"acf/evaluation-block","data":{"player_evaluations_0_player":["1672272"],"_player_evaluations_0_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_0_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_0_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations":1,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"preview","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6823a92aad595"} --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">Gillespie is a young lineman who plays both OL and will be playing more DL going into next season. Measuring in at 6'2 275 pounds, the freshman already has good size. Very good strength. Gillespie has good initial quickness out of his stance. Very good hand placement and very good hand strength to control and steer the defender away. Consistently over powering, and redirecting them. He has good footwork, and a good knee bend. He maintains staying square has very good body control. In pass coverage, he has a good anchor and neutralizes the pass rusher. Very good against spin moves. Gillespie also has the athletic ability to go out in space to block. Good speed, and acceleration. Gillespie thrives with physicality. I was very impressed with his film. He will be an anchor on Cherokee Trail's offensive line for years to come.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
