Godshall was a consistent player for Cheyenne Mountain, and Mile High Prep. Slotting all over the field as a linebacker, slot corner, or safety. Led all freshman linebackers in tackles. He had 75 total tackles (57 solo, 18 assisted), 10 TFL, 2 PD, and 2 FF. He has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, good jumping and change of direction. One thing about Godshall is his quick twitch and explosiveness. He has a very good burst of speed and attacks. Very good range to cover sideline to sideline. Godshall has very good reactionary speed. He trusts his eyes, and follows through. Godshall is a very good tackler. He wraps up the ball carrier, and uses his good strength to win the rep. He has the athletic ability to cover tight ends out in zone coverage, and has a good back pedal in man. He's a versatile weapon on the defensive side of the ball. Him and [player_tooltip player_id='1581101' first='Cole' last='Rueschhoff'] are already a dynamic duo at the linebacking spot, and will continue to reach new heights!

Measuring in at 6'0 175 pounds, Jiron put together a solid season for his freshman year. Through 7 games, he had 47 total tackles (29 solo, 18 assisted), 5 TFL, 2 sacks, 3 QB pressures, 1 FF, and 1 FR. Jiron has good athletic ability due to good acceleration, speed, change of direction and jumping. He has good range due to his lateral agility, and prowls the field. Jiron had a nose for the backfield, demonstrating good gap knowledge to rush and succeed. Jiron is a good blitzer as well, whether on the edge or as inside backer. Good reactionary speed. Diagnoses, and attacks. I'm excited to see more from Jiron going into next season.

Hoffschneider had himself a nice freshman season for Grandview. The 5'10 200-pound linebacker had 45 total tackles (10 solo, 35 assisted) 8 TFL, and 1 pass deflection. He has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, good speed, lateral agility, and jumping. One thing of note is Hoffschneider's mental processing. He watches the QB's eyes and puts himself in the position to succeed. Good block shedding and a quick get off from the block. He's a strong tackler, and it shows in the run game. Tackles towards the center of gravity and takes them down. Keep an eye out of Ryder.

Dumas put up very good stats in the 4 games he played! The 6'2 175 pound linebacker had 21 total tackles (16 solo, 5 assisted), 2 TFL, 1 sack, 2 QB pressures, and 1 FR. Dumas has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, good speed, lateral agility, and jumping. Dumas uses his lengthy lateral strides allowing him good range across the field. Dumas has good mental processing, and consistently watching the ball. For example, QB was in the scramble drill, and Dumas maintained eyes on both his guy in the zone and the QB. Once he saw the QB was scrambling, he used his good reaction time and make the tackle. Dumas is a strong tackler and a hard hitter. He stops the RB in their tracks. Good coverage skills too. He's sticky in man to man, and patrols his zone. Dumas also as the athletic ability to go out on the edge and rush the QB. In limited game action, he balled out, I'm excited to see how he performs for a full season !

Measures in at 5'10 165 pounds, he accounted for 49 total tackles (35 solo, 14 assisted). He has good athletic ability due to good speed, lateral agility, acceleration, and jumping. Banks would rush the QB or go into zone coverage. He has good initial burst of acceleration. Uses his good strength to achieve good get off with his block shedding. Banks is a strong tackler, wrapping up the defender and pulling them down. He tackles towards their center of gravity. Banks has good sideline to sideline range, while also being able to go deep into his zone assignment. Banks has good competitive toughness as well. He continuously helps his teammates finish tackles, and will run across the field to make the play. Keep an eye on this young gun.
