Memorial Day weekend is off to a busy start for plenty of football prospects across the Natural State. With several camps going on across the state and players starting to prepare for summer practices, we will highlight several players putting in the work this week.

[player_tooltip player_id='1225068' first='Luis' last='Perez Valadez']-Running Back-Russellville-5'5” 140-Pounds-2028

The Cyclones have a talented running back to watch out for over the next few years. Valadez does a great job of finding the rushing lanes and exploding through the hole. He is a running back who makes opposing defenders miss tackles. Valadez gets into the open field quickly and is a prospect to keep an eye on over the summer. He has the potential to have an impressive summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='916214' first='Messiah' last='Jones']-Defensive Back-Little Rock Parkview-5'10” 150-Pounds-2027

[player_tooltip player_id='916214' first='Messiah' last='Jones'] has had a strong start to the offseason. He has performed well over the spring and has momentum going into summer workouts. At the Ouachita Baptist camp, Jones had a strong camp. He was impressive in one-on-one competition against opposing wide receivers. Jones did a great job of batting the ball away and defending against the pass. He has the speed to cause plenty of problems for opposing wide receivers and quarterbacks.

[player_tooltip player_id='457238' first='Treyson' last='Reith']-Tight End-Springdale Har-Ber-6'3” 215-Pounds-2027

[player_tooltip player_id='457238' first='Treyson' last='Reith'] is a prospect to watch out for over the course of the summer. Reith from a receiving perspective is able to create separation from opposing defenders. He is able to haul in tough receptions and extend drives on a consistent basis. Reith is a willing blocker and has no problem helping to open up rushing lanes for his teammates. Reith has started putting in the work in the lab and appears to be ready to head into the summer workouts. He is a player to watch out for over the summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1609925' first='Caleb' last='Sullivan']-Quarterback-Pulaski Academy-6'3” 160-Pounds-2029

[player_tooltip player_id='1609925' first='Caleb' last='Sullivan'] has had a strong offseason. He has thrown the ball well at seven-on-seven competitions. Sullivan throws the football with accuracy. He can fit the football into tight coverage. Sullivan is not afraid to take the deep shot down the field. He is a quarterback who will test the opposing secondary with the deep ball. Sullivan is a prospect to watch out for at the quarterback spot over the next few years.

[player_tooltip player_id='1343504' first='Jayven' last='Shade']-Running Back-Rogers-5'7” 160-Pounds-2028

[player_tooltip player_id='1343504' first='Jayven' last='Shade'] has had a strong spring for the Rogers Mounties. He has displayed the ability to find the best rushing lane. Shade is the type of running back who can carry between the tackles or cut the run down the sideline. He is a prospect who can be implemented in the passing game. The Mounties can use Shade on screens as well as be split out wide. Shade is a prospect to watch out for over the next few months.
