Doing some digging into Grant's [player_tooltip player_id='1658676' first='Tyler' last='Zdon'], I found that he is committed to North Dakota, which was not surprising considering his performance on Saturday. The senior RB may not be the biggest back out there, but he does have a strong, compact frame that allows him to run with a sturdy base low to the ground, making him very tough for defenders to tackle. Zdon impressed with his ability to sharply cut and shift to make defenders miss in tight spaces, displaying quick footwork and change of direction when running. Zdon did great in the testing portion with a 4.53 40-yard dash, 4.47 shuttle drill, 9'3" broad jump, and a 7-flat L-drill, putting his explosiveness and athleticism on full display. Tyler also looked good during the 1v1s, showing he can create separation from defenders and reliable hands at the catch point. If Zdon delivers a great senior year, I could see some FBS schools trying to snag the Grant back from the Fighting Hawks.

Nazareth Academy's [player_tooltip player_id='1335278' first='Luke' last='Injaychock'] was an immediate standout with his towering 6'6", 280-pound frame. The incoming junior showed why he already holds offers from Washington State, Miami (OH), Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa State, San Diego State, North Carolina State, Northwestern, Louisville, and Toledo. Luke's skillset was very impressive to watch as he displayed the power and aggressiveness that you like to see dominate at the LOS while also having the agility and finesse to execute different blocks and corral speedy pass rushers. He plays with powerful hands that can stun opponents on contact and does a great job working them inside to gain further leverage. Good footwork with nice lateral mobility allows him to mirror and quickly change directions when engaged with defenders. Consistent pad level and great hip bend keep him balanced throughout his reps. Luke's standout performance earned him OL MVP honors. Buy stock ASAP!

Coal City's [player_tooltip player_id='1120454' first='Emmett' last='Easton'] was another trench warrior who showed out at camp. Easton really caught my attention during 1v1s, when he displayed top-tier explosiveness and hand usage to fly past his opponents. It starts with Emmett's rapid get-off, allowing him to fire out of his stance and in his opponent's face in no time. He does a great job using his first step to set up blockers and has the football IQ and instincts to find different ways to win at the line of scrimmage. Easton had a great rep where he used his wide technique to get his opponent to set wide, before cutting across to beat him with an inside move, all while effectively using his hands to prevent the blocker from being able to slow him down. Good use of leverage, keeps his eyes on the ball, and a massive wingspan (6'10"). 4.53 shuttle drill and a 7.54 L-drill were some of his top testing numbers. Under the radar prospect who could turn some heads this summer with a strong camp cycle!

I was very surprised to see that Plano's [player_tooltip player_id='1150293' first='Cooper' last='Beaty'] was still only going to be a sophomore. Cooper stood out in a small but very deep LB group in attendance, flashing athleticism and instincts beyond his age. Beaty already has solid size at 6'1", 190 pounds with a 6'6" wingspan and room to continue bulking up his frame in these upcoming seasons. During LB drills, Cooper displayed nice mobility and change of direction, showing that he can explode downhill as soon as he keys on the run. Beaty plays with fluid hips that can help him go from flowing towards the line of scrimmage when defending the run to dropping into his pass responsibility on the fly. Good range in coverage with the speed to move from sideline to sideline. Beaty had an impressive 4.5 shuttle drill and 7.34 L-drill. Massive upside here!

It doesn't look like Brother Rice DB [player_tooltip player_id='1671946' first='Jonathan' last='Harris'] is currently on the Illinois 2027 rankings, but if I had any say after this weekend, it's that he certainly belongs. The junior CB came firing right out the gates with a great performance during the testing portion, posting marks of 4.65 40-yard dash, 4.41 shuttle drill, 9'2" broad jump, and a 7.13 shuttle drill. Jonathan continued to impress through position drills and 1v1s, where he flashed the potential to be a high-caliber prospect. Harris's willingness to be physical with receivers caught my attention, showing that he can use his length and strength to jam receivers at the line of scrimmage and disrupt the timing on routes. He also flashed top-tier ball skills, as he effectively used his hands to bat away passes or rip them out of the receiver's hands before the completion. Smooth backpedal, nice recovery speed, ideal size/length, and good instincts all stood out in Jonathan's game. Won't be long before teams come knocking!
