He was getting the ball out on time consistently and hitting receivers in stride. His arm strength has improved greatly since he competed in a Prep Redzone camp in January. He was throwing well on the run with accuracy and had nice touch on the deep throws. He had good zip on the shorter throws and frequently got the ball out on time. The ball came out of his hand nicely in the individual drills and he was letting it fly during 7-on-7. He's a really good athlete who was smooth in all his movements and looked comfortable throwing on the run. Kelly had good moments in the half-line and 7-on-7 portion but had some trouble finding consistency.
