He is powerful at the POA, gets immediate vertical push and can pull/block in space to the second level with ease. He is a twitchy and athletic inside linebacker prospect with the ideal length, cover skills and pass rush abilities for the position. On tape he shows he can get downhill quickly, shoot gaps and knifes into the backfield taking the proper angles and brings a good thump at the point of attack. In coverage, he shows fluid hips in transition and man cover abilities against bigger backs and tight ends, and is a very athletic and well rounded linebacker. He is a natural bender in his stance, snaps out quickly and shoots his hands with a violent strike through his hips and strong base through out his block progression. In pass protection, he stays within his frame, has patient hands and can use his length to create a pocket and ride out speed rushers while also showing he can anchor down against power rushers. He is a very high IQ kid overall that can pickup stunts and twists, and shows he can get out to the second and third level when pulling and blocking in space comfortably. He is a natural bender in his stance with good flexibility and excels in pass protection using his length and punch to win at the POA against both speed and power rushers. He is a well built safety prospect that is an excellent open field tackler, takes good angles in the open field and explodes through contact when attacking ball carriers.
