This past Saturday at New Town High School in Owings, Mill Maryland, You are Athlete held its annual camp with over 100 kids participating. Prospects from classless 2026,27 and 28 were on hand and the inclement weather did not damper anyone's competitive spirt. Had an amazing time being able to watch athletes compete from all over the east coast. Here are my top performers Part 1:

I honestly thought Myles was one of the best kids in attendance this past Saturday, this 2026 athlete looks ready to play at the next level already. He was very smooth and fluid during the linebacker drills and he was consistently beating the running backs to the line of scrimmage during the team portion. What I enjoyed most about the Saint Frances Academy star is when he went out with the defensive backs and shut down a few of the top receivers on hand. I had to go back and check his profile to see if he has any offers yet and found one from UNC Charlotte over a year ago. He is trending as a division 1 linebacker or safety in my opinion and his outing in front of numerous scouts and coaches did nothing but help his chances.

My dude [player_tooltip player_id='1312032' first='Bowen' last='Gottselig'] is trending very nicely as he makes his transition to offensive tackle this year for Episcopal. The top ranked 2027 prospect was a beast at our showcase in January and seeing him handle the defensive linemen in the 1v1 portion is making me a believer he is a Power 5 prospect. Look at how he stands out below reminds me of Lane Johnson when he made his transition to the offensive line too.

I thought Solomon was the best of good quarterback group Saturday afternoon. Really like the way he controls everything and how competitive he is. Solomon will be competing to take over the quarterback duties for Saint Frances Academy as well, the dude sure can sling it. A competitive young man who wants to win every rep, he showed out in front of everybody.

While Gainesville graduated a number of seniors and their only Head Coach in school history stepped down, they still have way too many stars like [player_tooltip player_id='1426550' first='Vinnie' last='Hill'] back in the fold. The MVP of the receivers was his to be had and Hill capitalized on the opportunity.

Loved what Burrell did for Westmoreland and Saint Frances Academy sure has to be thrilled to get his services for his senior season. Burrell was one of the best players on site and he already has offers from Virginia Tech, Old Dominion and Boston College. Transferring to Saint Frances for his final year should only drive the interest in this two way playmaker. The 14th ranked prospect previously out of Virginia will playing in the Power 5 next fall.

Easily one of the top performers on the day was Friendship Collegiate Academy standout [player_tooltip player_id='1656544' first='Rickey' last='[player_tooltip player_id='1256586' first='Wilson' last=''] Jr'].. My co-worker Rion Young was on him early and with good reason, [player_tooltip player_id='1256586' first='Wilson' last=''] is trending to be a major Division 1 wideout in a couple years. The 2028 prospect is the type of prospect that you need to get the football in his hands. He looked smooth and comfortable with the receivers all afternoon, and he showed why many FBS schools are already interested.

Watch listed defensive back for Pennsylvania's 2027 class, Amin Tiller was impressive particularly in the individual work. I love watching him compete and he had some of the best footwork of a very deep secondary room. You should be hearing more from the Simon Gratz standout this fall, Tiller has the makings of a star.
