While I was covering 18u two weekends ago in West Grove, PA, 215 Playmakers N was a team that I got to see at the event, as 15u was the last slate to finish. This team brought the swagger and championship talent to Canton this past weekend, and they were the last team standing. Here are the top 5 players from their team that I saw this weekend.

Culmer was the championship game MVP and the top target for 215 Playmakers N. He is an alpha-level talent and can make plays from both inside and out. He plays physical on jump balls and can make tough plays. He has a great get-off and can get past press coverage. He also played safety over the weekend. He can cover a lot of range and is a great communicator on the defensive side of the ball. Culmer has been given a lot of grace with his current ranking, and I can see Culmer rising over the years to become one of Pennsylvania's top wideouts as he develops.

Jelane was a huge performer all weekend long. He does very well at sticking on a receiver's hip and can press a receiver off the line of scrimmage. He has great hip flexibility and can change direction quickly to leave little gaps for a quarterback to attack. His vision is excellent, and he came away with several interceptions this weekend, including one in the championship game. Coaches sometimes put him on an island to defend, and he pulled through on most of those reps. Jelane is a difficult matchup for any receiver to deal with.

Brian had the most impressive weekend for any quarterback I seen this weekend. His release is one of the quickest I have seen from someone his age and it comes out with great straight-line velocity. He is quick on his reads and keeps the ball very safe. His timing with his weapons is fantastic and he can be trusted to hit timing routes all down the field. He can roll out and create offense from both hashes of the field.

Murphy is another wideout who made several plays over the weekend. He is a very good route runner who can create space over every level of the field. He has great get-off and can get great leverage before utilizing his great route-running. He has great hands and can make plays after the catch to turn simple plays into explosive plays. Murphy will blow up on the recruiting scene with his skill set and already holds an offer from Penn State.

Salley got a decent amount of playing time this weekend and showed out himself under center. His arm looks good for a 2028 and he can hit almost every spot on the field. His build is compact and he can move well on designed rollouts, which could translate well during the season. He processes well and isn't afraid to take what the defense gives him.
