Culmer was the championship game MVP and the top target for 215 Playmakers N. He is an alpha-level talent and can make plays from both inside and out. He plays physical on jump balls and can make tough plays. He has a great get-off and can get past press coverage. He also played safety over the weekend. He can cover a lot of range and is a great communicator on the defensive side of the ball. Culmer has been given a lot of grace with his current ranking, and I can see Culmer rising over the years to become one of Pennsylvania’s top wideouts as he develops.
