Crocket has the ability to really impact the game at multiple levels whether it is receiving or carrying the football out of the backfield. He has home run speed but really is special in the open field as he can make defenders miss at will. He has natural instincts that allow him to make plays at or behind the line of scrimmage. As he has got stronger over the offseason you can combine that with his high football IQ you are going to have a linebacker that is going to compete for the top spot in our rankings. He has the ability to really make an impact on the field being a solid tackler and willing to take on blockers while being extremely physical. As he grows into his junior year he is going to be able to read and react quickly while coming down hill to make plays behind the line of scrimmage. He is a balanced athlete that can run and hit but really shows a high motor. A good athlete that can make plays in a variety of ways. He is growing as a quarterback and we will see him be able to process quickly and make more throws from the pocket. He is a long athlete that is able to layer the football and then make his receivers a runner.
