Referenced below is a mixture of some of Oregon's top athletes and breakout performers from the top 7v7 programs throughout the state. Some of the guys have stocks that are rising quickly; others are already ranked towards the top of the charts. Regardless, have a look at a few of the region's most noteworthy individuals from this off season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1654724' first='Hunter' last='Vaughn'] 6-1 180 26' RB North Douglas OR MVP- You will see Vaughn make one of the biggest jumps in the state up the rankings board. He put up video game like numbers for the 1A school finishing with 4,142 yards and 62 TDs for the year. The stats and his speed are ridiculous even for small school ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='1591725' first='Mikey' last='Brandt'] 6-1 165 27' WR Sherwood OR ALPHA- Another kid who has excelled on the 7v7 circuit helping Alpha to a San Diego tournament win while being named one of the top offensive performers. He was a 2nd team all conference selection for the Bowmen during the season.

Tuipulotu Katoanga 6-2 215 26' LB Nelson OR EFORCE- The last name and his size speaks for itself. Look for Tuipulotu to be one of Oregon's breakout players of the year and someone who makes a nice jump up the rankings board.

[player_tooltip player_id='1609636' first='Brock' last='Estes'] 6-6 180 28' WR Tualatin OR TEAM LILLARD- One of the most impressive athletes statewide on the 7v7 circuit and he's only a freshman. He has garnered MVP honors this off season and should make a nice jump up the PRZ Rankings board when updated.

[player_tooltip player_id='1609778' first='Justin' last='Shellito'] 6-2 185 28' QB Centennial OR EFORCE- We've talked about Shellito multiple times already, working with one of the top trainers anywhere in Alex Brink. His size and intangibles are elite. The biggest question marks come from him playing for an Eagles program that has gone 6-30 over the last four years.

[player_tooltip player_id='1609761' first='Tyler' last='Holmes'] 6-1 185 28' ATH West Linn OR ALPHA- One of the fastest rising 28's in the state. Holmes has the size and ability to be an all-conference athlete as a sophomore, but the Lions are loaded per usual so we will see how much time he gets.

[player_tooltip player_id='1654728' first='Kellen' last='Bailey'] 6-6 190 26' WR Summit OR EFORCE- Bailey is a good-looking athlete who has the potential of being dominant at 6-6, especially with big time QB prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1358896' first='Andrew' last='Guthrie'] distributing the ball. His 7v7 clips speak to his length and unlimited ceiling.

[player_tooltip player_id='1234459' first='Matthew' last='Hinkle'] 6-2 215 26' OLB Cascade OR B12P- Hinkle has the potential of being Oregon's Defensive POY at the 4A level. He's that good and an absolute disrupter coming off the edge.

[player_tooltip player_id='914315' first='Corinthian' last='Littleton'] 5-11 160 26' Safety Parkrose OR TEAM LILLARD- Littleton was a 1st team all-conference guy on both sides of the ball as a junior for a Parkrose team that went 1-8, making the accolades that much more impressive. He excelled as part of Team Lillard.

[player_tooltip player_id='1629314' first='Jacob' last='Gorman'] 6-3 215 26' LB Jesuit OR ALPHA- Easily one of the most underrated players in the state. You don't always get a lot of love on the 7v7 circuit as an LB, but his numbers were some of the best in 6A, finishing with 70 tackles, 17 tfl's, and 9 sacks for the Crusaders.

[player_tooltip player_id='1654734' first='PJ' last='Tautu'] 6-4 245 28' DE Central Catholic OR B12P- Look for Tautu to be one of the best in the Mt Hood as early as next season. The 6-4 frame is something you can't teach, and the Rams lose some big boys up front which provides opportunities.

[player_tooltip player_id='1242768' first='George' last='VanSandt'] 6-4 235 27' TE/WR Central Catholic OR ALPHA- I would expect a big junior season from VanSandt as both him and [player_tooltip player_id='1187089' first='Seager' last='Milholen'] will create serious matchup problems for DB's. He has one of the highest ceilings of any 27' in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560662' first='Rocco' last='De La Rosa'] 6-1 185 26' DB/ATH Philomath OR MVP- De La Rosa could be one of the only kids in the state regardless of classification to earn 1st team all-state honors on both sides of the football. He has killed it for MVP especially on D, while finishing the regular season with close to 1000 rushing/receiving yards and 4 INTs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1232736' first='Wyatt' last='Horner'] 6-3 195 26' WR Redmond OR MVP- The Conference player of the year in hoops has the potential of being one of the state's top WR's if Redmond was to throw the ball more.

[player_tooltip player_id='1242756' first='Luca' last='Blanchet'] 5-9 160 27' ATH Aloha OR B12P- As a sophomore Blanchet was one of the most impressive kids in the state at the 5A level, going for 1200+ all-purpose yards and 11 TDs, and earning 1st team all-league honors. Big 12 Performance did a good job landing Blanchet.

[player_tooltip player_id='1654729' first='Alex' last='Toolan'] 6-0 185 26' QB Mountain View OR EFORCE- Toolan has done well on the 7v7 circuit and will have big shoes to fill with multi-sport standout [player_tooltip player_id='1423866' first='Mason' last='Chambers'] graduating at QB after throwing 35 TDs/6 INTs on the year.
