Steinke showed promise as a quick decision maker, thriving in the short to intermediate passing game. He threw for 1,455 yards and 10 touchdowns, completing 48% of his passes. However, turnovers were a concern, as he ended the season with 24 interceptions. Despite that, Steinke displays the foundational traits, pocket presence, quick release, and command of the offense needed to develop into a high level player. As he adapts to the speed of varsity and continues to grow within his teams system, expect him to return with a chip on his shoulder and make noticeable strides this upcoming season.

Chavez possesses a strong arm and excels in the quick passing game, with the ability to push the ball downfield and place it where only his receiver can make a play. He finished with 1,317 yards, 12 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions. Chavez also brings mobility to the position, showing good pocket movement and the ability to throw on the run with sharp mechanics and quick hips. In a competitive Centennial League, he stood out with his ability to extend plays and deliver under pressure. If he builds on last season's success, Chavez has the tools to become one of the elite quarterbacks in the state.

A true dual-threat quarterback, Miller brings electricity to the field with his ability to create plays with his legs. He led his team in rushing with 500 yards and 8 touchdowns while also throwing for 841 yards and 10 touchdowns. His mobility makes him a constant threat, especially when he escapes the pocket. Miller keeps his eyes downfield, showcasing the ability to extend plays and punish defenses that lose coverage. If he can improve his passing accuracy (48% completion last season), he'll be one of the most dangerous quarterbacks in 2A. Expect him to lead his team with confidence and potentially push them into playoff contention.

Lucas is an under the radar dual-threat quarterback with deceptive speed and playmaking ability. He rushed for 381 yards and 6 touchdowns, while throwing for 646 yards and 5 scores, completing 55% of his passes. Playing in a run heavy offense that won the 3A championship, Lucas was the team's third leading rusher and a standout player in a potent offense. With several key offensive weapons graduating, Lucas is poised to take on a larger role. If he develops his passing consistency and builds chemistry with a new supporting cast, he could lead his team back to the postseason. Expect a big step forward this fall.

Rubley is a polished signal caller with the tools and poise to become one of the top quarterbacks in the state. Even as a freshman, he showed maturity beyond his years, first turning heads at the Prep Redzone Combine and continuing to impress throughout the season. He threw for 1,983 yards and 16 touchdowns with only five interceptions, guiding his team to a playoff appearance. Rubley possesses excellent anticipation, consistently hitting receivers in stride as they come out of their breaks. He can make every throw on the field and already has scouts taking notice. If he stays on this trajectory, he'll have his choice of college programs. Expect him to rise quickly in the national rankings.

Lucero was a bright spot on an offense that struggled to find its rhythm. Despite splitting time under center, he managed 403 passing yards and added 84 rushing yards, showing flashes of dual-threat potential. Completing 46% of his passes, Lucero demonstrated poise and mobility, though he will need to take the next step in his development to claim the starting role outright. With a full offseason and increased reps, he could emerge as a sleeper in the class. Lucero has the tools to turn heads with continued growth.
