2026 Rankings Update 5.0: Wide Receivers

As we head deeper into the month of April, the 2025 high school football off-season is in full swing! With that being said, we have begun another round of rankings updates for the state of Kentucky, starting with the class of 2026. Now that these rankings have been updated, I will be breaking them down by position. After already covering the quarterbacks and running backs, here are our top wide receivers in the class of 2026 in the state of Kentucky.    [player_tooltip player_id='212337' first='Trevy' last='Barber'] continued to establish himself as the top receiver in the state in his class with a strong junior year, catching 79 passes for 1,327 yards and 22 touchdowns in 15 games. Barber has shown the versatility to play both on the outside and in the slot, and he is a very impressive route runner. He is able to use quick breaks in his routes to create separation with ease. Trevy has also shown the speed to blow by defenders in the deep passing game. Barber currently holds multiple Division I offers and I expect more to come his way heading into his senior year.     [player_tooltip player_id='894941' first='Ronald' last='Lunz'] is a receiver who has been high on our radar for a while now and continued to impress as a junior, finishing with 50 receptions for 681 yards and eight touchdowns in 11 games. Lunz is a skilled route runner, showing a quick release and breaks in his routes which he uses to create separation. He has also shown strong hands when making catches through contact and the speed to pose as a deep threat. Ronald currently holds multiple Power 4/Division I offers and I expect more to come his way as he is a very talented prospect.     [player_tooltip player_id='1655655' first='Jerrick' last='Martin'] jumped onto our radar with a very strong junior year in which he caught 36 passes for 569 yards and six touchdowns in 10 games. Martin has very impressive athleticism which he uses to catch passes at their highest point with ease, making him a very reliable target in jump ball/contested catch situations. He also has the speed to create separation in the deep passing game. Martin also scored one rushing touchdown as a junior and came away with three interceptions (one returned for a touchdown) on defense. Jerrick recently picked up an offer from Southern Mississippi and I expect more to come his way as he is a Division I caliber prospect.     [player_tooltip player_id='1655659' first='Aiden' last='Jesse'] is another new addition to our rankings. He had a very impressive junior year at Christian County, catching 49 passes for 690 yards and four touchdowns in nine games. Jesse has explosive speed which he uses to blow by opposing defensive backs in the deep passing game. He also has very reliable hands, showing the ability to make catches away from his body with ease, regardless of what type of coverage is around him. Jesse currently holds offers from UT Martin and Southern Mississippi, and I expect a lot of eyes to be on him after transferring to Hopkinsville for his senior year.     To wrap up our top five wide receivers in the class of 2026 in the state of Kentucky, I have [player_tooltip player_id='1506774' first='Grayson' last='Harris']. Harris was one of the most productive receivers in the state as a junior, catching 89 passes for 1,368 yards and 13 touchdowns in 11 games. Grayson lines up on the outside where he is a dangerous deep threat, using his speed to create separation from opposing defensive backs with ease. He has also shown impressive route running ability, using smooth breaks to create separation and find an opening in the secondary. Grayson doesn't currently hold any offers but I expect some to come his way soon as he has received some college interest.
