The future is now! Today, I'm looking at tomorrow's next great talents. The young men featured in this article all have an abundance of potential for the next level. Despite being only rising sophomores, a few of these prospects have already earned Division One scholarships. I think the best is still yet to come from them as they're still maturing physically. Look for their offer list to continue to grow this spring and beyond.

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='1881955' first='Jaymaree' last='Bowens'], 6'5" 175, Judson

A long strider with the concentration and hands to make ridiculous circus-like grabs. He can go up & climb the ladder at its highest point, he knows how to use his frame to box out defenders, and shows the footwork & hands to defeat press coverage. The film on him is limited, but from what I did see, this kid has loads of potential based on his size and God-given athleticism. Look for him to make a big impact at the varsity level next season.

DT: [player_tooltip player_id='1577370' first='Chris' last='Racey'], 6'1" 225, Ridge Point

A high-effort prospect with the anchor to take on double teams and give up no ground, he's got quick hands at the point of attack and is flexible enough to bend around the edge. His speed gives tackles problems when lined up outside, he forces quarterbacks to climb the pocket, and can easily disengage much bigger linemen. I think he's got to work on retracing in his rush lane, but I do like his upside.

RB: [player_tooltip player_id='1577245' first='Taylor' last='Hunley'], 5'8" 155, Forney

Taylor has the wheels to get to the edge and make you pay, he is a dynamic return man who can flip the field in an instant and shows elite burst. He has plenty of wiggle to make defenders miss, he's patient between the tackles, and can easily read blocks & cut off them. He's extremely productive, he's willing to get physical when the time calls for it and has the body control to maintain his running track after tough hits.

EDGE: [player_tooltip player_id='1815853' first='Cameron' last='Sydnor'], 6'4" 195, C.E. King

This young man can play as a stand-up or with his hand in the dirt, he chases the football and is a thumper on contact. He's got a projectable frame that I think he'll fill out, he's got long arms and does a good job not letting his opponent get hands on his chest. He's flexible, he can push the pocket and plays with low pads throughout.
