He has a high motor, an explosive first step, great strength, and plays with terrific leverage all of which help him consistently fly through blockers to get to the ball. Santiago is quick, plays with impressive speed, and can make defenders miss in a variety of ways to maximize each carry. Burkhardt throws with a ton of velocity and also places great touch underneath his passes downfield. Throughout his tape you can find him zipping the ball through tight windows and launching some beautiful passes to his WRs for huge gains, he has some serious arm talent. He explodes off the ball, is extremely powerful, and can bulldoze and flatten defenders at the line of scrimmage and in the open field to open up huge plays for his teammates.
