PRZ Duel in the DMV: Punishers 18u/15u

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Punishers based out of New York brought a few teams to the Duel in the DMV tournament - I caught both their 18u and 15u play games, which was great to get eyes on some prospects. His ability to move, how loose his lower half is, and his vertical all stood out at different points of the tournament. I really liked what I saw from Sims, who was playing up with the 18u.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>He is from Irvington, NY, and is one of the best young prospects in the state.
