Moundbuilders Add Solid Class From Kansas

The class now includes more than 600 ranked athletes and almost 300 athletes committed to play college football.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Attempts were made to add Southwestern College's logo to the Prep Redzone college database. However, technological complications occurred, and we were not able to acknowledge the commitment of Kansas athletes headed to Winfield after graduation on their individual profiles.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Here is a quick look at the Moundbuilders' incoming freshman class from Kansas.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1322065' first='Logan' last='Taggart'],</strong> LB, 6'3”, 210, Andover Central</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Taggart finished with 78 tackles as a senior for the Jaguars. He posted back-to-back seasons of 70-plus tackles. Last season, he recorded 11.5 tackles for lost yardage and 2.5 quarterback sacks.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='908623' first='Micah' last='Fiscus'],</strong> QB/P, 5'11”, 170, Wichita West (Pictured Above)</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Fiscus is a quarterback with a strong arm that I first saw compete at college camp at Pittsburg State University. He threw for 592 yards and six touchdowns for Southeast last fall.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1452284' first='Alex' last='Johnson'],</strong> DB/WR, 5'8”, 130, Maize South</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Johnson is a shutdown corner. He has nice hands and caught 20 balls out of the backfield for the Jaguars.
