2027 MD Rankings: TE Breakdown

Transferring to SFA after spending his first 2 years at Calvert Hall, Michael looks to take his game to the next level in the fall. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A great body kid, all of 6'5 with ideal frame and length with solid muscle and will add good bulk easily. Is a good overall athlete and comes from an athletic family. Has a basketball background and it shows in hi fluidity out on the field and his leaping ability to get get the ball. Michael can be split out wide and effective vertically up the middle of the field and in hook-to-curl zone. A capable blocker and I expect that to improve as he continues to develop he can be inline as well and help in the run game. I'd like to see Michael continue to improve his hands and be a more consistent catcher. With nice build at 6'3" ~220lbs and a multi-sport athlete, playing basketball and lacrosse, there is a lot to like about Jack's potential. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A versatile TE, Jack can play inline, split out or be used as an H-back. He shows nice soft hands and a large catch radius. An effective blocker as well, he engages and drives with some nastiness to his game as well. He was first team all county TE. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>With a thick build, good lower half and a frame that will turn into a jacked body with more time in the weigh room - Reed looks the part. An athletic kid, he shows good burst and can get on his horse for some big chunk plays. Proven by his 23.2 YPC and 203 YAC which makes up 58.3% of his total receiving yard and is an avgerage of 13.5 YAC per reception. An impressive route runner, Reed can stick his foot in the ground and go, drop his hips and make sharp cuts. He shows strong hands able to pluck the ball out the air and a big catch radius. A complete TE as well he is an effective blocker getting good leverage and drive. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Reed is a TE that can play inline or flexed out and is a do it all player for the position. He also carries 5.38 WGPA and is a thrower in track. I expect Reed to turn plenty of heads next year as more people get eyes on him, that includes college coaches. There is a lot of physical traits to like in his game and can he him having a breakout junior season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">He has great size at 6'5" and good length. A nicely developed blocker for a TE, he brings it and comes with power/force to blow defenders up. A versatile every down type, Lincoln can play as a move TE, inline or split out and has a diverse skill set. Lincoln displays soft hands and has a big catch radius, is able to go up and high point the ball as well as get low at catch it at his shoe strings. Lincoln has a bright future ahead of him and another TE in this group who is a high academic prospect.
