His ability to pass protect and run block is special and he's a force for any defensive line to have to face on a weekly basis. His transition into the college level should be no problem with his ability and the correct development. He's always possessed that special player quality and obviously it's showing now and has been the last few years as he's on the National platform now as one of the top lineman in the Country. I have seen him play up close a few times and he did not disappoint. His ability to move at his size and hold his blocks in the run game while being a great pass protector is just a few big reasons why he's getting calls from big time programs across the Nation. Hogg is a top tier player in the trenches and he only tends to get better each season. Hogg plays with tremendous pad level and he brings a great deal of "Pop" to his blocks coming off of the ball. He moves great on the offensive line and he is a versitile guy on the line so he's not very limited on what downs and situations you can use him in. This season I feel like Spivey can really put that on display. Spivey is a guy who can play in the trenches on either side of the ball and make big time plays for his team. He's extremely strong and uses his size very well. At a whopping 6'3 330 Lbs, Spivey is a mismatch and a force for anyone to have to deal with.
