One of the state’s hottest prospects right now in the 2026 class, Rankins is a fast-rising lineman with a lean, promising frame. He explodes off the snap and does a good job of finding his way into the backfield to make a tackle. His recruitment has taken off of late with offers from Alabama, Georgia, Auburn, among others. Now, he’s earned a new one from the Kentuck Wildcats. Look for this Southwest Dekalb standout to continue progressing and developing over time. He’s currently one of the top 2026 defensive line prospects in the Atlanta area and will likely see a big rise in the latest Prep Redzone rankings.
