PRZ South Dakota 2027 Rankings Countdown: #95-#91

Moving into our second set on the 2027 Rankings Countdown in South Dakota, we see even more intriguing next-level talent in this group. High upside linebackers, Swiss army knifes, undersized defensive ends, and two way trench monsters, this list unpacks more than you would expect out of this group of five.   #95:    In our first 2027 rankings update, we had Charlie listed as a linebacker, but due to his great position flexibility we move him in as an athlete with this February update. The growing 5'9 180 pounder out of Centerville, has grown three inches since last update and you can't miss this kid defensively with his motor and he plays more wirey than you would expect when coming downhill at linebacker. He might show off very light reps on tape thus far, but the acceleration doesn't take long to see from this young man and has a good college football bloodline, with older brother [player_tooltip player_id='1556637' first='Miles' last='Eide']<a href="https://prepredzone.com/player/miles-eide/"></a> headed to Dakota State out of this 2025 class. Miles is one we will wait and see on how he develops. No Twitter yet.    #94:    Jared is a 2027 prospect out of Herreid-Selby that looks quickly on tape, a blue collar athlete that will crawl to the ball carrier if he has to. This young man appears to have a big, relentless motor that although doesn't have a lot of tape outside of the Potter County game last year, but the instincts he plays with certainly appear. Quicker getting off his sheds than you might expect, the 5'11 160 pounder seems to play bigger than his measurables will show you. Jared shows off a best fit positionally at linebacker, and one that could be a mover by next update. Not on Twitter yet.      #93:    Karson is a 2027 defensive end that has plenty of frame upside left to grow but shows off the fluid movement and instincts to develop his skillset. The 6'3 165 pound defensive end show off a great pad-level and good penetration getting off his blocks as Karson seems like a prospect that plays at a higher game-speed than his testing numbers might show you. He seems to appear more sudden off the snap the deeper you get into his tape which is intriguing yet surprising to find around the 30 second mark. Another hidden gem this time from the Black Hills that if he adds 20-35 pounds and keeps his athleticism, we are talking a defensive end that could move up 25-30 spots.    #92:    Graham is a 6'2 220 pounder out of Britton-Hecla that showed off some intriguing tape, as a 9-man prospect that excels on both sides of the trenches. His tape shows off good fluidity with his first step, as a left guard that impresses us with the athletic base he maintains right from the getco. With that established base, Graham also maintains good pad-level and that versatility grounds him on both sides of the trenches for the Braves He might be undersized, however has grown two inches since last update and the position flexibility for both sides of the trenches and the physical strength that Graham shows off, has the upside to be a mover by next update. Couldn't find this young man on Twitter yet.    #91:    The next linebacker from our rankings countdown is [player_tooltip player_id='1575887' first='Cameron' last='Bottolfson'] out of Vermillion, one that was a late bloomer to my 2027 radar this time around. Cameron has the biggest motor and sideline to sideline capability in this first grouping as one that I already have graded as a probable stockriser and it didn't take long. The 5'10 190 pounder was more sudden off the snap than we envisioned which I love to see and also has more finesse with his moves that surprised us on tape. Surely a underclassmen linebacker to know out of in "Yotes" country.
