No Twitter to represent one of the better underclassmen DBs in Philadelphia. Unsure about his measurables. Also doesn't have a full-season tape on Hudl either. Hudl has him listed at 5'10, 155 pounds, unsure how accurate those numbers are.

I'll break down his mid-season tape below, as well as why I still placed Bradford inside the Top 100 despite the lack of a complete tape. Tough to give an evaluation based on two minutes worth of mid-season tape, yet Bradford has done enough from live evaluations for me to feel comfortable/justify this position. Excels in off-man coverage. Can stick like glue to the hips of wideouts, particularly when wideouts take Bradford outside-in. An aware DB, can handle a lot thrown at him at once. Can flip from pass-cover guy to containing tackler on the perimeter. Will have a ton of eyes on him at Bonner, especially coming off a 4A State Title victory. Bonner develops DBs well, I expect Bradford to be next in line.

6'2, 205 pounds. Is a debut Top 100 player. 3.5 GPA. Ranked as an "EDGE" prospect due to his dual capabilities as a DE/OLB. Recorded four sacks as a sophomore, this on the back of 59 tackles and 10+ TFLs.

Tape begins with IJL working a three-point stance as a down lineman, attacking a TE puller on PCC, shedding, and bringing down a ball carrier behind the LOS. A ton of early reps showcase IJL working a quick get-off to slip by slow, unathletic tackles or by unsuspecting TEs stationed in-line. Not the most refined pass-rusher, doesn't exhibit other-worldly PR tech, yet he's posted great production and effort for an underclassman. There aren't too many box defenders that I can see playing with their hand on or off the dirt, IJL is one I could see doing so down the line. Fantastic up-field penetrator, great crasher down the LOS when he gets a free-run post-snap. Ton of potential here, especially if he continues to grow muscle and develop PR tech.

Has a quick three-minute tape posted on Hudl. Ranked inside the Top 80, this a debut rank for the new name on our list. First rep on tape is a good one. Is stationed at left tackle and works a kick-slide against a rush that is looking to get around his 6'3 frame. Jones doesn't panic, redirects the PR path with accurate hand shots, feels his opponent become off-balanced, and goes for the kill with a flattening in the backfield. On the athletic end of the OT spectrum, handles outside speed well, he should considering he's just 240 pounds. Has a strong lower back, one that can absorb the brunt of poor power rush moves, the rep at the 1:12 mark proves it. Received a high ranking due to inklings of what he could become. Will Jones get taller or put on more weight? Will he release a junior tape in the future 5-10 minutes deep filled with elite reps? I want to see more development and production moving forward. Great debut ranking and great initial tape.

Posted a four-minute tape on Hudl just two weeks ago. Nearly 600 yards through the air, 10 total touchdowns, and two interceptions to his name. Some might question the competition level Otway-Kellom faces, yet I wouldn't hold District 2 3A ball against him. Tape proves he can get open and separate from different alignments (inside-slot to perimeter). A pass-catcher who can adjust to the football well, a good sign of his athleticism. Body control is a plus. Proves he can serve as a legitimate playmaker with ball-in-hand opportunities, JOK has a couple special returns on tape. A sure-handed pass-catcher who can double as a trustworthy in-space tackler. If JOT can dominate this level of competition and double down on a solid sophomore campaign, I can further justify a climb on our rankings. Excited to potentially see him this off-season.

Is a two-year starter at a prominent program, says a lot about the trust he's earned from the Explorer coaching brass. Right guard reps on tape, six minutes worth of it too. Works with a great base beneath him. Not a bad-looking 280 pounds, can get ahead of screens and locate assignments downfield. Has a mean streak to him, is a much better finisher than starter. Has some quality reps against elite talent among SJP's defensive front. Handles inside-out stunts well. Received a legitimate FBS grade from myself, Sorge's tape is good enough to for me to send to coaches within my network. Size will play a factor in recruiting.
