High-level sack producer with 40 total in four years on varsity with Virgin Valley. Strong, powerful DE at 6'/260 that can drive OTs off the ball and create havoc in the backfield at a high rate. Moves well for his stout frame showing workable lateral range and burst off the ball. Persistent motor as a bull-rusher but will need to improve his speed off the edge at the next level. Recorded 101 total tackles (63 solo), 8 TFLs, and 3.5 sacks in 2024. Long, athletic tackler at 6'4"/210 that can play with physicality between the OTs and track the ball down on the perimeter. Smart defender in the box that can anticipate plays and get downhill to create negative plays. Will need to be more aggressive and proactive as a block shedder at the next level but offers obvious upside in his physical tools. He's a stout defender in the box that excels as an active run defender. Beats blockers to the spot with a quick first step and trigger to the football and is an instinctive reader with his eyes. Shows his wrestling background in his consistent leverage and brings a fair amount of power and physicality to the defensive front-seven. Smooth, fluid FS that's on the smaller side at around 5'8"/140 but shows the type of instincts and aggressiveness coaches look for in players of his stature. Shows his ability to tackle in space both as a rolled-up nickel/S in the flats and coming downhill from a deep safety alignment. Consistently puts himself in position to make a play but will need to continue to develop his technique and physical skillset as he transitions to the next level. The 6'/160 SS/OLB proved to be a playmaker on the perimeter with his athleticism and ability to cover and play in space. Strong perimeter tackler that's highly reactive to the ball and plays with an edge and aggressiveness on the outside.
