Milwaukee City Richardson/Blackbourn Standouts

Milwaukee might be the top hot bed area for recruits that come out of Wisconsin. The city and surrounding suburbs pump out talent year after year, and that won't be slowing down any time soon. What we need to do is dial in our focus to the city of Milwaukee and all the schools within it. Milwaukee has two city conferences, Blackbourn and Richardson, with a total of 14 schools. That is what our focus is on today. The top athletes from those schools. Let's dive in and see what the city of Milwaukee has to offer this coming season and beyond.    The top ranked athlete coming out of the city of Milwaukee for 2026s is King's DB [player_tooltip player_id='1610136' first='Simonique' last='Carter']. Carter is also one of our Top 100 overall 2026s in the state. There is a lot to like from his junior tape. He has a long, lean frame. He has shown he can roam a deep half while reading the QB and reacting on time. Plus he has dropped down and played direct coverage on a receiver. Simonique has solid hip fluidity to be able to flip and run with receivers or turn and run across the field to make a play on the ball. The 2026 DB has also proven to be a reliable tackler out in space. He is a well rounded athlete and one of the top junior DBs in the state.      A 2026 who could be a potential steal in his Class is WR [player_tooltip player_id='1593222' first='Christian' last='Wright'] of Bradley Tech. Christian has an excellent frame at 6'2" 185 lbs and uses it really well to reel in passes. He can high point the ball and box out DBs. On top of the size, Wright also seems to possess college speed. His highlights are loaded up with examples of him running past DBs as he gets downfield for big plays. The big play threat is definitely a WR to have on your radars. I won't be surprised to see him continue to climb these rankings.      The top RB coming out of Milwaukee is King's [player_tooltip player_id='1189952' first='Tyler' last='Scott']. The 5'8" 180 lbs back is a strong, compact athlete. Tyler performs at his best running between the tackles. He has enough speed for the next level, but is more of a quicker than fast athlete. Tyler does really well using agility and burst to gain yards through traffic and by making defenders miss. Plus his low center of gravity helps him power through some tackle attempts. Check out the 2026's RB highlights below.      Our final ranked 2026 athlete from the Milwaukee schools is RB Dayton Milons- McCall. The junior RB is another RB who wins with his quickness between the tackles. Dayton also finds a lot of success with his physicality. A surprising amount for an RB that is only 160 lbs, but Dayshon does well keeping his balance and his feet churning for more yards until the whistle blows. The elusive, tough runner is a name to know in the city of Milwaukee.      A new 2026 to hit our radars is the well built, 6' 195 lbs junior Yuri Esteves. Yuri is a name to take a look at among LB prospects. He does well playing within the box. He can run laterally or move through traffic to get to the ball. The junior is able to locate the ball quickly and does well flowing with the movement of the play until he meets the ball in the hole. Yuri brings the power to his tackles too. Yuri also spends time at RB where he is a downhill, north-south runner that is looking to punish defenders with his power.      An athlete who just hit our radar during this deep dive into Milwaukee is Kareem Williams. The sophomore is an impressive WR/DB to keep an eye on. He looks the part of a future prospect with his 6'3" 170 lbs frame. The big WR does well coming back to the ball or going up to get it with his superior reach. Kareem also plays safety and shows off the range in his highlights to be able to get across the field to make plays on the ball. Size, ball skills, and athleticism are there to build on over the coming years for the 2027.      Another impressive 2027 to keep an eye on is Bay View's Larry McCain. The athletic playmaker fills a lot of roles for Bay View. He is the QB where he attacks defenses with his dual threat abilities, and also plays CB on defense. On the ground, Larry is a sudden, agile runner with solid acceleration to hit holes quickly. At this point, Larry is more dangerous as a runner than thrower but he does get the job done in the short to intermediate levels passing the ball. On defense the athlete shows that he has the quick feet and hips to be able to play man coverage and he has the ball skills to break up passes or grab INTs. I'm excited for this kid's future development.      One of the top OL/DL I came across in my deep dive through the Milwaukee schools was Joseph Langer. The 6'1" 255 lbs junior played both ways for Milwaukee Marshall. The big man has a solid base of athleticism to his game. He is quick off the line, has range to get up to level two and agility to be able to get around OL on defense or be able to cut off DL while on offense. The junior also flashes power to put defenders on the ground as well as be stout at the line of scrimmage while on defense. D3 programs should definitely give this kid a look.      Atavion is a big LB at 6' 220 lbs, and uses that size to his advantage. Hooker drops the hammer on kids when he gets the chance with his tackles. He is an old-school 'backer who dominates against the inside run game, but he also has some range to be able to pursue outside the tackle box. The '26 has a few weeks of highlights on his Hudl.
