First rep is a good one, yet it might be from JV ball. Can run comfortably out of 11 personnel sets, specifically out of gun. Bit of an unnatural upright running style, he is a bit on the bigger side of the back spectrum. Received a modest D3 grade as a sophomore. Has some promising reps on special teams as well as on defense, would need to have a big-time junior year to really climb our ranks. Interested in his off-season growth as well. Took reps at back but based on his sophomore tape, I feel better projecting him to the defensive side of the ball, specifically at backer. 76 total tackles through ten games played. 10 of which were TFLs, 3 sacks to boot. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Has a five-minute tape on Hudl posted after the season. Second rep on tape is a good one, Miletto maintains outside contain, sniffs a run headed inside, and delivers one hell of a shot to the ball carrier. A tone-setting rep for the rest of his tape. Miletto shows off substantial worth aligned near or on the LOS pre-snap. A pure outside linebacker, a sniff-and-run type of backer who proves he can play with discipline. Favorite takeaway from Miletto's tape is his ability to close in on ball carriers once he keys and diagnoses. Not much known about Decker's multi-sport availability, or anything on his grades. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A modest start to his ranking history, being found on Hudl and being ranked inside the top 350 as a debut. Comfortable working out of a spread offense. Several, if not all reps out of shotgun, a ton of 11 personnel sets, even some dual-back 20 personnel sets witnessed on tape too. Highlight tape is in sequential order, not best plays first, eleven minutes long so you might find a gem of a rep buried deep into this lengthy tape. Good athlete, can create with his legs. Is witnessed tucking the football and getting what he can with his feet. Average build, average athleticism. Where Decker intrigues comes after watching how accurate and decisive he can be with the football. When Decker catches the snap and can step into throws in rhythm, this is where he shines brightest. The impromptu plays are fine, yet I can find quarterbacks everywhere who can scramble. I can't find 6'0 QBs who can catch the snap and rip short/intermediate routes accurately and on time. After watching his tape, I feel comfortable saying Decker can do that as a sophomore at Dover. Works primarily out of the slot, has a good feel for the football while it's in the air, a right-time-at-the-right-place type of DB. Can stick with Pub slot weapons downfield. Has safety reps on tape too, his ability to provide quality reps at different secondary alignments is a plus. Durant's a tough kid who can come down from his safety spot and lessen the blow of first-down runs.
