2025 Gametime Senior Bowl: MVPs

With standout performances on both sides of the ball, four players rose above the rest to claim MVP honors — one offensive and one defensive player from each squad. These athletes not only put on a show but cemented their names as some of the best playmakers in the state, making their presence felt in a game filled with future collegiate talent. He has a solid mix of speed and power, allowing him to break through initial contact and continue picking up yards. His vision separates him from the pack; whether he's bursting through the line or bouncing outside, Wetzel seems to anticipate openings before they form. This skill, combined with his impressive frame, makes him a tough runner to bring down. Garcia's willingness to attack the receiver's hands and battle for position underscores his innate competitiveness. Standing 6'0 and weighing in at 200 pounds, he demonstrated remarkable footwork, quickly setting up for throws and maneuvering out of pressure with ease. One of Moore's standout traits is his ability to throw from different arm angles — dropping his arm slot to find lanes and delivering precise passes on the run. Defenders found it nearly impossible to bring him down, showcasing his escapability and toughness in the pocket. A thumping linebacker who relishes contact, Soloman laid big hits and effectively clogged up running lanes all game long. His size and playing style fit perfectly for a run-heavy matchup, and he displayed a knack for reading the offense to get in position for crucial tackles. Opposing running backs quickly learned to brace themselves for collision when Soloman lined up in the box.
