He's looking to make the jump and become one of the Jaguars' top receivers in 2025.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1154956' first='Cayl' last='Cox-Liggins'], St. Pius X</strong>: You can make the argument Cox-Liggins was the best wide receiver in the Albuquerque Metro Region in 2024. Great size at 6-foot-3, and he's only going to grow taller considering he's still a sophomore. Made 64 receptions for 1,112 yards and 12 TD. The Sartans' offense could be scary good in 2025. &nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='853063' first='Isaiah' last='Dominguez'], St. Michael's</strong>: Dominguez was a integral figure in St. Michael's three-headed monster at running back in 2024. Made a huge play in 3A title game when he returned a kickoff for a TD. Next season he could be the Horsemen's No. 1 RB as they seek the three-peat as 3A champions. &nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1594010' first='Jahleel' last='Lewis'], Sandia</strong>: Lewis emerged as one of the top young signal callers in the Albuquerque Metro Region. Earned First-Team All-District honors after throwing for nearly 1,400 yards and 14 TD as a sophomore in 2024. Great size at 6-foot-4, 195 pounds. Headed towards becoming a major college prospect. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1154954' first='Hershul' last='Olloway'], St. Pius X</strong>: The top sophomore running back in the state possesses blazing speed (4.4 in the 40), which he showed off at the PRZ Combine in Grants last April. Rushed for over 1,700 yards and 21 TD on a workhorse 200 carries. And he's only going to get faster and better.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='854308' first='Isaiah' last='Ortega'], Grants</strong>: Ortega has 56 receptions and 9 TD over the past two seasons for the Pirates. Good size at 6-foot-0 and 175 pounds. Also made 15 tackles on defense.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Salid Rashid, Miyamura</strong>: The 2026 prospect had a major breakout season by throwing for 1,890 yards and 20 TD to lead Miyamura to a Class 5A playoff berth.  </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Jacob Rutledge, Aztec</strong>: The Aztec players endured a rough season with major upheaval within the coaching staff. Rutledge led the Tigers in rushing, contributed to the passing game and played defense. He has started 26 games for La Cueva over the past two seasons. Earned First-Team All-Metro honors in 2024.
