PRZ Stock Up Showcase Recap: 10 Offensive Standouts

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Prep Redzone Stock Up Showcase took place at Grants High School on Saturday with about three dozens participants. Here are 10 of the top performers on offense:</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Offensive MVP: <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1154954' first='Hershul' last='Olloway'], St. Pius X</strong>.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Within seconds after the coaches had made their final speeches at Saturday‘s event, the NMMI coaches swarmed around Olloway and exchanged contact information. Olloway put on a show Saturday, from running the 40 in a personal best 4.31 seconds to exhibiting his elite RB skills with the ball in his hand. This is the second straight year Olloway has won Offensive MVP honors at the PRZ Stock Up Showcase. Olloway rushed for over 1,700 yards and 21 TD as a sophomore in 2024. The sky is the limit for Hershul.    </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1154956' first='Cayl' last='Cox-Liggins'], St. Pius X</strong>: Just a sophomore, the 6-foot-3 Cox-Liggins followed up a strong 2024 season (64 receptions for 1,112 yards and 12 TD with a strong performance on Saturday. He ran the 40 in 4.7 seconds, a good time for a such a young player, and routinely showed off his elite athleticism. If Cox-Liggins improves his 40 time over the next couple of years to under 4.5 seconds, he'll become a coveted major college prospect.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='853063' first='Isaiah' last='Dominguez'], St. Michael's</strong>: What he lacks in size, Dominguez makes up for it with a tough-minded, fearless approach. He's excellent both running with the football and catching the ball out of the backfield. His quickness is a strength, as he showed on Saturday. He'll compete for St. Michael's No. 1 RB job in 2025. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Jacob LaDuke, Snowflake (AZ)</strong>: The 6-foot-0, 185-pound LaDuke crossed the border to attend Saturday's camp in Grants. His arm talent is elite and he proved he can make all the throws. LaDuke threw for over 1,000 yards in Snowflake's run-dominated attack in 2024 and his TD Pass-to-INT ratio is nearly 4-to-1. Just a sophomore. Definitely a next level talent.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1594010' first='Jahleel' last='Lewis'], Sandia</strong>: Along with LaDuke, Lewis was one of the most impressive QBs at Saturday's Showcase. Solid arm and good accuracy. He can throw on the move, even when he's moving to his left. Threw for over 1,600 yards and 17 TD in 2024, It will be interesting to see how the new Sandia head coach utilizes Lewis this coming season. &nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1248719' first='Chase' last='Nelson'], St. Pius X</strong>: Nelson was the third standout player from St. Pius X to attend Saturday's showcase. Just a sophomore, he's been a starter along the Sartans O-Line for two years. Nice size at 6-foot-0, 260 pounds. Strong, athletic and mobile. Likely an elite prospect in a couple of years.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='851889' first='Skyler' last='Sargent'], La Cueva</strong>: Going into his senior season, the 6-foot-1, 260-pound Sargent is already a two-year starter at center for La Cueva, an impressive feat. Sargent is big, strong and physical as he showed Saturday, overcoming back issues, and was part of an impressive Bears O-Line in 2024. He has allowed only 1 sack in 2 years with 64 pancake blocks.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1272752' first='J'ven' last='Smith'], Atrisco Heritage</strong>: Smith showed Saturday why he enjoyed a solid sophomore campaign in 2024 with 35 receptions for 482 yards and 5 TD in 8 games. Elite athleticism. Ready to erupt as a junior in 2025. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1118365' first='Vicente' last='Shiflett'], Belen</strong>: Listed at 6-foot-0, 275 pounds, Shiflett showed on Saturday why he was a Class 5A Second-Team All-State Selection on the O-Lone. He's big, physical and has great feet. In short, he moves well. That's why he was chosen Offensive Line MVP.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1608127' first='Aurelius' last='Wiley'], Volcano Vista</strong>: Wiley is a promising WR prospect for Volcano Vista and gained some potentially valuable varsity experience in 2024. He showed Saturday he has the skills to make a major contribution as a junior in 2025. Good speed, nice hands, runs good routes.
