Offer Watch: Candidates to Add First P4 Offer

Offer season is among us. Here are some noteworthy names who are looking to add their first P4 offers.    Uber-athletic LB prospect with his best ball ahead of him. Rail-thin prospect, listed anywhere between 195-205. Definition of a run-and-chase defender. Spends most of his time standing up off the edge, but is more than capable of sliding back and playing off the ball. 11.59 in the 100M paints a picture of the speed he provides in the middle of the defense. Patrols the field with ease and helps keep the edges of the defense sealed. He arrives at the football quickly when flying to the ball as a blitzer. He has the desired speed/bend profile to win as a pass rusher. He flashes arm over/under moves to free his chest. Will simply need to add more weight to contribute at the highest level, but he has plenty of room to do so. Holds FBS offers. Speed can be the ultimate compensator, and Weivoda has that. Can be an instant impact player on special teams. Worth a gamble for P4 schools given his athletic profile and upside.     Cocchiara had a highly productive junior season and is starting to get his flowers on the recruiting trail. He just picked up his first offer from Georgia State, and it won't be his last. Cocchiara is a sure-handed pass catcher who is reliable at all levels of the field. He is a smooth mover and proves capable of separating. Cocchiara is as reliable as it gets for a pass catcher, which can be enough to compensate for any questions coaches may have athletically. There is a steady build of momentum around his name and I am expecting more programs to get involved here.     There's a lot to like about Eddie Guerra, who has added a few FBS offers to his name this contact period. Guerra mirrors exceptionally well at release points, has the length to tie up receivers, and is pesky at the catch point. Tie those things together and you have a prototype press corner. He isn't hesitant to come downhill and attack the trunk of ball carriers. He plays with the nuance and bounce in his feet to float around the catch point and battles hard at the point of attack. P4 teams are certainly checking in and there's a solid chance someone pulls the trigger.     [player_tooltip player_id='1633295' first='Cameron' last='Parodi'] just picked up his first offer from App State, but things are just getting started for him on the recruiting trail. His athletic profile is the basis of intrigue. He hovers around on a built 6'2 195 frame and is a verified 10.9 mover in the 100M. He is moving a big frame very quickly. He has no issue getting to the ball, whether he is playing CF or undercutting routes. Parodi doubles as a returner, where he is hard to stop once he gets going downhill. Parodi's motor runs hot, evidenced on tape by him flagging down the football from across the field. He has access to every spot on the field and is a stout, durable athlete.     Ard holds several FBS offers, but I still think he is shockingly underrated on a national scale. Ard's strong 6'2 230 frame allows him to battle with blockers and absorb RBs in the gaps. He is certainly strong enough to roam from C gap to C gap, but he can fly all over the field and rally hard to the football. His combination of speed and power allows him to stay on the field every down and wear a lot of hats. I would consider Ard a clear P4 talent and is another member of a super deep 2026 LB class in Georgia.     Winston's recruitment is just kicking off and I think it's just a matter of time before P4 schools get involved here. He is a 6'3 175 basketball athlete with some bounce vertically. He is fluid enough to weave after the catch and get in and out of breaks. He runs like a deer in space, eating up grass and galloping away from defenders with each stride. Winston offers the sought-after ability to play above the rim while also creating separation in his routes. He has room to easily add another 20 pounds onto his frame. Winston is a clear P4 WR talent and is on offer watch.     It's a matter of when, not if when it comes to [player_tooltip player_id='861689' first='Bear' last='Fretwell'] and adding P4 offers. He immediately draws your attention with his massive 6'7 290 frame. His explosiveness out of his stance is elite and easily on par with some of the better 2026 OL names in the country. He is athletic enough to climb and find defenders to occupy in space. He is mean, seeking violent contact and firing his feet to move defenders on down blocks. He plays in a run-dominant scheme but showcases the length and desired quickness to quickly drop into his pass set. Fretwell projects as a clear P4 OT candidate and he is just as traitsy as some of the 2026 tackles with stars next to their names.
