A special athlete given his size and how well he can move. Lined up at Tight End, Fullback, H-Back during AYF Nationals in December 2024. Despite looking like an Offensive Guard, he was faster than many of the skill position players on majority of teams.

Wrapped up his youth career with the AYF 13U D2 National Champion, Westside Cubs. Watching him for a week straight, I have nothing but positive things to say. To be that broad and thick, yet still play as fast as he does was special. One of those kids that everyone noticed. How tall he gets will dictate where he ultimately ends up, but if he tacks on a few inches and continues to be so wide and heavy, he could be a difference-making Defensive Lineman over the next four years.

Had a monster 2024 season on both sides of the ball for Saline Middle School. Offensively he tallied 1,067 all-purpose yards and 11 touchdowns. As a Linebacker/Edge on the defensive side of the ball, he recorded 67 total tackles and seven sacks.

From what I've seen, Harris is on the fast track to an early scholarship offer. As mentioned above, he has a physique and the physical traits that translate to many different positions. As an eighth-grader in January 2025, both Outside Linebacker and Wide Receiver look like the best possible positions for him going forward. Time will tell, but he's a good one.

At AYF Nationals in December 2024, I got to see [player_tooltip player_id='1524995' first='Kennard' last='Smith'] up close for the second consecutive year, playing against some of the nation's top middle school talent.

Also for the second consecutive year, [player_tooltip player_id='1524995' first='Kennard' last='Smith'] impressed me on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball. At 6-foot-4 and 185-pounds, he's one of the first prospects that caught my eye on a talented Southfield Falcons 13U D1 squad.

Smith is also a basketball player and you can see how his footwork on the hardwood, translates to big plays on the gridiron. I'm starting to really love him as a Tight End prospect because he offers such a big window for his Quarterback to throw too. As of January 2025, I think we're just seeing the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the type of player he could become.

A righty Quarterback with dual-threat ability, Riedel has some pretty impressive film from his 2024 season with the Taylor Seahawks.

As of January 2025, he lists himself at 5-foot-11 and 163-pounds, which is slightly above average size for a Quarterback in the class of 2029 (when looking around the nation comparatively).

Biggest thing that stood out to me on film was his ability to improvise once a play breaks down. Does a nice job of rolling to his right and throwing on the move. On film it appears that he does a good job using his eyes to move defenders, in order to open passing or running lanes. I see a lot of similarities between Riedel and former No.1 overall pick, Bakery Mayfield.
