Today, we stopped in central Florida for a look at an Orlando Jones team that finished second in 4A this season – and after a 14-1 season, head coach Elijah Williams and the Tigers are ready for yet another run at Miami in 2025.

For the next few months, we will look at what the state of Florida football programs have coming back for 2025.   While we know the rosters will change with additions and subtractions, this gives college coaches and fans an opportunity to see some of the prospects who will have a chance to make an impact this coming year.   We will start with our state finalists and then continue with the other teams across the Sunshine State.   Today, we stopped in central Florida for a look at an Orlando Jones team that finished second in 4A this season – and after a 14-1 season, head coach Elijah Williams and the Tigers are ready for yet another run at Miami in 2025.   While there will be additions, here is a look at some of the returnees – led by University of Miami quarterback commit [player_tooltip player_id='405300' first='Dereon' last='Coleman'] (6-0, 165) and elite receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1368296' first='Larry' last='Miles'] (6-0, 175 – 3.0 GPA) – both will be among the best in Florida this coming season.   In addition, the Class of 2026 will also feature Joshua Atrid (OL, 6-0, 270), Savion Brooks (LB, 6-2, 222 – 3.7 GPA), [player_tooltip player_id='1251744' first='Corey' last='Brown'] (OL, 6-0, 280), Bertrand Derose (LB, 6-1, 215 – 3.2 GPA), Quinton Evans (LB/DE, 6-0, 225 – 3.0 GPA), Aveon Emmanuel (DB, 5-9, 165 – 4.1 GPA), Demarcus Harris (OL, 6-0, 260), David Lee (OLB, 6-0, 240), Jakahari Leonard (OL, 6-4, 310), and Jordyn Martin (OL, 6-0, 215).   There is also Aaron Muldrow (OL, 6-1, 295) standout kicker [player_tooltip player_id='928373' first='Kason' last='Mullis'] (6-4, 185 – 4.2 GPA), dominating [player_tooltip player_id='1581893' first='Xavier' last='Payne'] (OL, 6-7, 320 – 3.5 GPA), Dainian Success (DT, 6-3, 350), Daunte Wallace (RB, 5-10, 205 – 3.4 GPA), and Alan White (DL, 5-9, 225).   KEEP AN EYE ON THOSE UNDERCLASSMEN   The Tigers will certainly have some quality prospects in the Classes of 2027 and 2028.
