Zamarius Robertson possesses Power 4 ability not only at wide receiver but also on the defensive side of the ball. While his dominance at WR is already well known, this week we had him primarily play high safety, and he truly delivered. Robertson recorded several pass breakups and made three spectacular interceptions, further showcasing his versatility and impact on the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1453983' first='Geronimo' last='Sanchez'] turned in his strongest performance to date, scoring on nearly every one of his drives. Known for having one of the strongest arms on the team, it was his touch passes and underneath throws that truly stood out. The biggest improvement for the junior signal caller has been his decision-making. Throughout the practice, Sanchez consistently spread the ball around, finding open receivers and hitting them time and time again

Khayel had another standout performance, continuing his phenomenal start to the 7-on-7 season. The standout 8th grader made several remarkable passes that left coaches wondering, “How did he do that?” While Talia has been the most precise passer in the group, he also showcased his arm strength, delivering a couple of "rail shots" over the corner and in front of the safety, hitting his receiver perfectly in stride.

Darius has made an immediate impact since his Sharks debut. Huggins is a true competitor—never shying away from work and always around the ball. The junior has the speed to run with most receivers, is quick enough to cover even the shiftiest running backs, and possesses excellent pass-catching hands. A bad pass is never safe when Huggins is nearby, as he can easily turn it into an interception.
