2027 Rankings Update- Explosive WRs Added to Our List

Our new 2027 Rankings Update is live! To roll out our new class, we want to cover some of our newest additions across the state!   Today, we are going to look at our newest WRs! These guys put together impressive seasons last fall- be sure to watch their tape below!    [player_tooltip player_id='1610192' first='Tra'Von' last='Hall'] is an extremely talented WR/ATH out of Central Tuscaloosa, he's helped transform his team's offense and made a ton of huge plays last fall. Hall has lined up out of the backfield at RB and out wide as a WR, if you get the ball in his hands, you'll get an explosive play. Hall has terrific speed that helps him stretch the field/outrun defenses, he's twitchy, runs precise routes, and gains tons of separation by using his athleticism. Hall has reliable hands he uses to make difficult catches all around the field, and is excellent after the catch- he takes on contact really well, can make defenders miss, and fights for every possible yard every play. Hall was productive all over the field last fall, ending his sophomore year completing 8/14 passing attempts for 222 yards and one touchdown, 16 carries for 150 yards and two touchdowns on the ground, and 15 receptions for 275 yards and 5 touchdowns in the air. Hall has picked up offers from Memphis, Tulane, Troy, and plenty of others- be sure to watch his tape below, he's a talented player!      [player_tooltip player_id='1610235' first='Deshawn' last='Hall'] is a dominant two-sport athlete out of Valiant Cross in both football and basketball, coming off an insane sophomore season at WR for his team's passing attack last fall. Hall shouldn't be able to move as well as he does at his size, at 6'5 180, he's one of the quickest guys on the field and consistently comes up with massive plays after the catch off of screen passes and other short concepts. Hall is also excellent at gaining separation- he has a quick release, runs great routes, and can beat press man at any part of the field. Hall also does a great job using his size to his advantage, he towers over DBs and consistently mosses passes over the tops of their heads. Hall was terrific out wide last fall, ending his sophomore season with 72 receptions for 1155 yards and two touchdowns. Be sure to check out Hall's tape below, he's a seriously gifted prospect with a ton of potential- I won't be shocked if he picks up some offers soon!      [player_tooltip player_id='1610237' first='Taylon' last='Gaiter'] is an offensive weapon out of Leeds who's made tons of plays out of the backfield and out wide for his team's offense. Gaiter is a speedster who has become an excellent deep threat in Leeds' offense- consistently making huge plays downfield over the tops of defenses. Gaiter is explosive off the snap- he plays with a ton of speed and twitch that allows him to separate from talented DBs easily, he finds ways to get open no matter who's across from him, it's seriously impressive to watch. Gaiter is excellent at tracking the ball and has a great set of hands- he can catch off-target passes and still make the most out of plays with how well he controls his body post-catch. Gaiter has shown he can be a reliable weapon at every level of the field, feasting off opportunities no matter the down or distance. Gaiter was incredibly productive in a bunch of different ways last fall- ending the year with 52 carries for 481 yards and 3 touchdowns on the ground, and 31 receptions for 585 yards and 6 touchdowns through the air. Gaiter is a really talented player who's put together some great tape- be sure to give him a watch below!      [player_tooltip player_id='1558245' first='Jaylon' last='Moore'] is an up-and-coming WR out of Calera who's coming off a productive season that saw him develop into a reliable target in his team's passing game. Moore is really quick on his feet and has speed that completely separates him from defenses-when he gets the ball in his hands, good luck trying to stop him. Moore has an impressive set of hands and is excellent at tracking the ball- he frequently comes away with huge contested catches, fighting 2-3 DBs to come down with the ball. Despite being slightly undersized, Moore is a DAWG when it comes to fighting off defenders- he doesn't allow contact to bother him whatsoever, frequently powering through defenders for every possible yard. Moore made a bunch of big plays last season for Calera's passing game- ending his sophomore season with 22 receptions for 302 yards and 3 touchdowns. Moore is a really exciting prospect with a ton of potential, be sure to give him a watch- he's put together some great tape below.      [player_tooltip player_id='1610234' first='Houston' last='Tibbs'] is another talented WR coming off a breakout season last fall- he was huge for Hamilton's offense this past season, consistently hauling in clutch catches all year long. Tibbs has become the go-to target in Hamilton's offense- he can run a wide variety of routes extremely well, constantly finds ways to get open downfield, and has a surefire set of hands he uses to secure tough passes through coverage. Tibbs is really quick on his feet and plays with a lot of twitch- it's seriously impressive how much separation he gains off his route running, it doesn't matter what read he is or what part of the field the ball is located, he will find a way to get open and make plays in the passing game. Tibbs was incredibly productive out wide last fall- ending his sophomore season with 45 receptions for 831 yards and 10 touchdowns.
