2026 Rankings Update- New Difference Makers in the Trenches

Morris causes chaos every down- he's great at generating pressure and racking up sacks as a pass rusher and gets great penetration inside to make huge plays in the backfield against the run. Morris plays with a ton of speed and aggression- he's great in pursuit, is a reliable tackler, and can place some big hits on the ball carrier as well. Morris put together some great tape after a really strong season last fall- be sure to check him out below. Although he didn't see the field as much this last season, Goodin has raw potential that shows up in his tape. At 6'3 275, Goodin has great size and is hard to move- he's quick off the snap, does a good job using his hands to disrupt opposing OL, and is a dependable tackler. Be sure to keep track of Goodin this next season- he could see himself playing out a bigger role for his team's defense, especially with [player_tooltip player_id='928025' first='Vodney' last='Cleveland'] transferring to Parker. Offensively, King is a dominant OT capable of bulldozing anyone in the run game- he has great leverage and power and uses it to flatten out defenders at every level of the field. It's impressive seeing how King moves from level to level to make blocks- even at his size he easily maneuvers around the field to help open up wide lanes for his teammates on runs, screen passes, etc. King is also reliable in pass protection, he's great at anchoring his side of the line and doesn't allow for any pressure or changes in the pocket- helping his quarterback buy time to read the field. Although slightly undersized at 5'10 265, Mims is excellent at taking on blocks, eating up space, and getting after the run. Mims provides a ton of push at the line of scrimmage- he generates a lot of power and is capable of putting opposing OL on the backs of their heels, leading to some huge stops up front. Mims has also shown some promise as a pass rusher as well- he's got a couple of efficient moves he's used to beat OL into the backfield, generating a lot of interior pressure on the QB. Look out for Mims next fall- he could take some big steps in his senior year after putting up some great tape last fall.
