2026 Rankings Update - Dominant New Additions Across the State

Our new 2026 Rankings Update is live!   Today, we are going to look at some of our newest additions across the state! These guys made plays all over the field for their teams last fall, be sure to give them a watch!    [player_tooltip player_id='1603674' first='J'Alan' last='Terry'] has been really productive for Coosa Christian, especially out of the backfield as a RB. Terry is explosive with the ball in his hands- he has great vision, is patient for blocks to develop, and has the speed and quickness to outrun and evade entire defenses in the open field. Terry is also reliable as a pass catcher- he has good hands, can make a ton happen after the catch, and is a safe option for his quarterback to check to every passing down. Terry ended last year with some impressive stats- recording 57 carries for 754 yards and 10 touchdowns on the ground, and 5 receptions for 111 yards and two touchdowns in the air. With how well he's played for Coosa Christian, Terry has picked up some collegiate attention- be sure to check out his film below, he's a really impressive player!      [player_tooltip player_id='1604776' first='Darius' last='Burwell'] has been terrific for Mae Jemison on both sides of the ball, making plays as a dominant SS on defense and as an explosive rushing QB on offense. Burwell is a dominant safety capable of creating turnovers, defending the run, and providing great coverage on the back end. Burwell is excellent at reading and reacting to plays- he sees the field really well and can quickly cover sideline to sideline to rack up interceptions and force fumbles. On offense, Burwell plays with the same speed and intensity at QB- consistently carving up defenses for big gains on the ground every time the ball is in his hands. Burwell made a ton of huge game-changing plays for Mae Jemison last fall- consistently finding ways to create turnovers/get into the endzone repeatedly throughout the season. With how well he played last fall he's starting to get noticed by teams at the next level, picking up an offer from Jacksonville State just last week. Be sure to check out his film below- he's a really talented player!      [player_tooltip player_id='1604820' first='Caden' last='Ali'] has been dominant for Hewitt Trussville these last few years, especially on defense- locking up WRs all across the state. Ali is an extremely impressive CB who can deliver some of the biggest hits I've seen at the HS level. Ali is a coverage corner who excels at jarring the ball free from WRs- he's excellent in both man and zone and does an excellent job using his hands or delivering massive hits to break up passes downfield. It's extremely impressive how good Ali is in coverage- he isn't easily baited by quarterbacks, can press and play off the LOS, and can shut down an opposing WRs entire route tree. Ali put up a huge year out in Hewitt Trussville's secondary last fall- ending the season with 27 total tackles (11 solo, one for loss) and 8 pass breakups. With how well he played last season, Ali has picked up some collegiate attention, receiving offers from UAB and Jacksonville State within the last week. Be sure to watch Ali's tape below and this next season, I seriously think he could end up becoming one of the top DBs in our 2026 class!      [player_tooltip player_id='1604816' first='Camare' last='Jackson'] was incredibly productive last fall for Carvers' defense, creating lots of turnovers and making plays against some of the most talented offenses across the state. Jackson is a certified ball hawk- he's excellent at reading the opposing quarterback's eyes and breaking on passes, frequently coming away with some unreal interceptions for his team. Jackson is also a heck of an athlete- he has ridiculous recovery speed, can change direction effortlessly, and will fly around the field from sideline to sideline to make plays. Jackson is a reliable tackler but can also dish out massive hits- frequently breaking up passes and forcing fumbles all last fall. Jackson is a really talented up-and-coming DB in the state, he's developing incredibly well and has a ton of potential going forward. Jackson put together a really strong junior season last fall and has since picked up offers from UAB, Jacksonville State, and more. Be sure to watch his tape- he's a really talented prospect!      [player_tooltip player_id='1566456' first='Caden' last='Foreman'] is a talented QB out of Valley that has played really well the last few seasons. Foreman has some serious arm talent and is capable of making difficult throws all around the field- he throws with a ton of accuracy and anticipation, leading his WRs perfectly no matter where they are located. Foreman also has some impressive arm strength- he places a lot of touch underneath his passes and can really stretch the field with his WRs. Foreman is also mobile and can make plays with his legs- consistently making some big-time throws on the run and escaping the pocket for much-needed yardage. Foreman only was able to play 3 games last year, but ended the season completing 30/50 passing attempts for 372 yards and 5 touchdowns, with 17 carries for 63 yards on the ground. Foreman just recently picked up an offer from Wright State and is sure to have more head his way soon. Be sure to watch his tape below, he's got a ton of talent!
