Foreman is one of the most polished passers in the state. He delivers velocity to all three levels with a quick release, while also flashing next-level touch and ball placement on deep throws. His mechanics are clean, with a solid base that keeps him balanced and accurate under pressure. Foreman can also extend plays with his legs, forcing defenses to respect his mobility in addition to his arm talent.
Foreman is a productive passer with a few offers under his belt, but this is my first look at his tape. He is listed at 6’1 190, and carries that weight on a well-built frame. Mechanics are unconventional, but he has an elastic, natural motion and good control of the ball. He has plenty of juice to make tough throws. As a runner, he can execute on short-yardage situations and make plays when protection breaks down. Foreman has a few offers and should get a crack at the college level.

is a talented QB out of Valley that has played really well the last few seasons. Foreman has some serious arm talent and is capable of making difficult throws all around the field- he throws with a ton of accuracy and anticipation, leading his WRs perfectly no matter where they are located. Foreman also has some impressive arm strength- he places a lot of touch underneath his passes and can really stretch the field with his WRs. Foreman is also mobile and can make plays with his legs- consistently making some big-time throws on the run and escaping the pocket for much-needed yardage. Foreman only was able to play 3 games last year, but ended the season completing 30/50 passing attempts for 372 yards and 5 touchdowns, with 17 carries for 63 yards on the ground. Foreman just recently picked up an offer from Wright State and is sure to have more head his way soon. Be sure to watch his tape below, he’s got a ton of talent!
