2025 Rankings Update- New WRs That Dominated Last Fall

In football, White just put together a dominant senior season at WR that featured him making tons of huge plays for his team's passing attack. At 6'4 195, White has great size and does a great job using his size to bully smaller defensive backs- frequently on tape, White highpoints the ball and uses his height to haul in passes over the top of DBs. In addition to his size, White can make a ton of plays utilizing his speed as well- he covers a lot of ground easily, can run some precise routes, and can separate from entire defenses when he hits the open field. White is a huge threat after the catch and it shows in his numbers- he finished his senior season with 53 receptions for 1313 yards and 15 touchdowns on the year. McMeans has found success all over the field but especially at WR- he has a dynamic skill set that allows him to make plays all over the field, and it's impressive to watch. At 6'2 170, McMeans has great size, is highly athletic, and can make a wide variety of plays. McMeans is an impressive route runner- he isn't limited to one level of the field, can gain tons of separation, and is always a reliable target for his quarterback. On top of his ability to get open, McMeans has impressive hands that he uses to make a ton of tough catches all around the field. It's been fun watching what McMeans can do in football and basketball for Florala- he's a talented athlete with tons of potential in both sports. Cambron is a really impressive athlete capable of making huge plays all around the field- Cambron has excellent body control, contact balance, and electric speed and acceleration. All of those skills come into great use after the catch- frequently on tape Cambron turns short passes into massive gains with how well he makes defenders miss, withstands contact, and moves in the open field. Cambron had a huge senior season last fall, ending the year with 47 receptions for 826 yards and 9 touchdowns. Hamiter is a quick-footed wide receiver who dominates opposing DBs with how easily he gains separation. Hamiter is a skilled route runner capable of getting open at every level of the field- he was incredibly reliable for his offense, consistently getting open and making huge catches in some clutch situations. Hamiter had the best season of his career this past season, ending the year with 94 receptions for 1492 yards and 8 touchdowns. Fitzgerald is extremely productive outside and can be used in a wide variety of ways. It's impressive seeing that versatility and his route tree on tape- he can gain separation and make huge plays deep downfield, over the middle, off-screen passes, and really any other way you target him. On top of getting open, Fitzgerald has a really reliable set of hands and can make catches all around the field, whether he's covered or not. Fitzgerald had a great senior season last fall, recording 50 receptions for 911 yards and 6 touchdowns. Hester was productive for Ohatchee's high-flying passing attack throughout his whole career but was on a whole other level throughout his senior year. Hester does a great job using his athleticism to his advantage- he frequently outmatches defensive backs with how athletic he is and can make tons of explosive plays at every level of the field. It's really impressive watching Hester go to work on opposing DBs, he can burn them deep downfield, inside and outside the numbers, and can make some extremely tough catches regardless of how contested they might be. Hester had a huge season last fall, ending the year recording 70 receptions for 1188 yards and 15 touchdowns.
