Signing Day Special: PRZGA Stock Up Alums Headed to College
In this article:
We continue our signing day coverage by continuing to highlight some ATL stock-up alums who are headed off to play college ball.
Missed his entire senior season due to injury, but the junior film is special and he is set to bounce back at App State. Shorter, yet competitive and fiery player on the defensive front. Creates instant separation with his first step explosion. He plays with a low center of gravity and with plenty of power from his lower half, allowing him to fire his feet and drive blockers onto their heels. He can work horizontally and will flash different maneuvers with his hands and arms to keep his chest free. I predict Ellis to find the field soon at App State.

is a late-bloomer prospect who is new to football. He is an elite traits prospect, measuring in at 6'1 180 with grass-scraping length and verticality translating from the basketball court. He is difficult to throw over, uses his length to force the action against receivers, and has the straight-line speed to stay in phase with WRs on the outside. Developing quicker and more nuanced footwork will be the next step in his development. He is in his infant stages of football growth, so the upside is through the roof. Charleston Southern landed what I believe could be the steal of the 2025 class in Georgia.

improved drastically each year and ended his HS career with a P4 grade from me. He is headed to USF, giving the Bulls a massive steal and a fantastic value pickup. Smith is a true Swiss army knife. He can fire off the edge, play off-ball LB, and will even act as a big nickel at times. Regardless, he is a 6'3 230 fiery athlete who flies to the football, strikes hard, and has enough range to drop into coverage. He is a true run-and-chase defender with every-down potential. I wouldn't be shocked to see

is a stout QB who emerged onto the recruiting scene with a big junior season. He gets the ball out of hand in a hurry and does a great job mixing up tempo and touch, allowing him to drop the ball over LBs in the middle of the field. Mostly attacks the middle of the field, but he can put enough air under the ball for his receivers to go make a play down the field. He is a gifted runner who pinballs off would-be tacklers. He has a little bit of flash in the open field, dancing around contact and finding space. Stanley is a chain-mover and gets the ball out quickly, two traits that will bode well for his development.

is a rare HB-type eval who should find the field early and often for Charleston Southern. Green is a devastating blocker who can decleat defenders in the open field. However, his playmaking ability is what sets him apart. Green has good hands, is hard to tackle in the open field, and separates well at the top of routes for a big guy. Flip the ball to him in the flat, and Green has a chance to give you 20 yards with a cloud of dust. He could flip around and play DE at the FCS level with ease too.

DJ Avrey was a highly productive receiver at Chattahoochee and earned himself a shot at Georgia State as a result. Avrey is a long strider who runs with natural knee drive, allowing him to build momentum and churn away from defenders. He sinks his hips to change direction, has the peripheral to locate back-side defenders, and forces all 11 defenders to rally to the football. Avrey shows flashes of verticality as well on tape. Avrey has the potential to develop into a playmaker at all levels of the field.

is a big, mobile QB with the traits to become a game-changing QB at the FCS level. Reynolds moves his big frame quickly in the open field, allowing him to drive through contact and generate weak tackling attempts. He has plenty of juice in his arm and can fire the ball right over safeties with a low, tight trajectory. He works off-platform well, showing capable of muscling the ball to receivers while on the move. Reynolds has a great chance to develop into an eventual starter at VMI.

is an unsung hero for Roswell and is headed to play D1 ball at Elon. He won't scare you off the bus, but he plays with tremendous instincts and flashes solid closing speed. He consistently times his blitzes well, outrunning blocks and initiating the chase after the football. He is active around the football, showing on tape the ability to make chaos plays by punching at the ball to get it on the turf. Duffy has all the makings of a high-floor player and could be a productive tackler at Elon once he adjusts to the speed of the game.

is an experienced C prospect who has consistently stacked weight onto his frame over the last few years, and still has more room to go. He puts on a clinic of leg drive, keeping his feet firing to displace defenders. He drives defenders to the turf and sits on them to make sure they're accounted for. He is frequently tasked with getting out to the second level, where he plays squared and pinpoints faster defenders well. If he gets hands on you, it is over, and he is only going to get better as he inches closer and closer to 300 pounds.
