From established seniors to rarely used backups, Friday's games in the Grand Strand and Pee Dee didn't disappoint when it came to big individual performances.

And for the players below, it pushed each of their teams one step closer to solid playoff seeding when the postseason opens on November 15.

Jamarcus Carroll, [player_tooltip player_id='1332044' first='Israel' last='Brown'] and Matthew Campbell, Myrtle Beach

In a slugfest of a defensive ball game against North Myrtle Beach, the Seahawks defense rose to the occasion, beginning with these three. Brown picked off a pair of passes, retuning one in the fourth quarter for a 78-yard touchdown. Carroll had a pick-six of his own just 16 seconds later, with him taking that one back 49 yards. For good measure, Campbell added an interception of his own.

[player_tooltip player_id='1592447' first='Jacobien' last='Lewis'] WR/DB, Loris

Playing an Aynor squad that shortened the game with its ball control offense, Loris didn't get as many offensive series as its used to. It made Lewis' only two targets of the game that much more important. He hauled in a 47-yard touchdown pass from [player_tooltip player_id='797160' first='Moon' last='Gerald'] in the first quarter and then added a 67-yard touchdown catch in the second. Lewis (pictured) was also able to help aid in a defensive showing that prevented Aynor from completing a pass in the Lions' 28-8 win to close out the regular season.

Dillon ball carriers

The Wildcats weren't going to risk top tailbacks [player_tooltip player_id='346196' first='Jamarion' last='Fling'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1025778' first='Domanick' last='Felton'] (both dealing with minor injuries) against Georgetown. In their place a slew of players changed positions or were bumped up from the junior varsity and handled business. [player_tooltip player_id='1825295' first='Geno' last='Lester'] had one carry for an 81-yard touchdown. Judson Ndayisaba had five carries for 13 yards. JJ Campbell had one carry for a 55-yard touchdowns. Trayvon Brown finished with six carries for 50 yards and a score. Jalen McGill scored a touchdown and had 37 yards. And Nigel Gillespie had three carries for 38 yards and a score.

[player_tooltip player_id='1574049' first='Jeffery' last='Ceasar'] WR/DB, Manning

Ceasar is turning into an absolute menace for opposing teams. This time it was Lake City that felt the brunt of the senior's capabilities in all three phases of the game. He returned a kickoff 79 yards for a touchdown. On offense, he caught six passes for 103 yards and another score. And on defense, he had four tackles, a pass break-up and a forced fumble.

[player_tooltip player_id='1149046' first='Chris' last='Livingston'] and Javier Higgins RBs, Carolina Forest

A week after [player_tooltip player_id='1148537' first='Jaryn' last='Fox'] put up his insane 357 rushing yards, the Panthers gave Livingston and Higgins the bulk of the work in a blowout win over Conway. Fox did have his team-leading 15th touchdown and 48 yards. However, Livingston finished with eight carries for 138 yards and two scores and Higgins had 10 carries for 82 yards and a touchdown.

[player_tooltip player_id='272699' first='Da'Marion' last='Coe'] DB, Hartsville

While we're still awaiting official tackles numbers for Coe, his presence in Friday's region championship clinching victory over South Florence was undeniable. He returned a kickoff 70-plus yards for a touchdown, and then closed out the game with an 86-yard interception return for a another touchdowns. Tack that on to him flying around the defense and in kickoff coverage all night and his effect was clear.
