SATX Area Upperclassmen Pass Catchers: Playoff Edition

These receivers have been huge parts of their team's success in the postseason, and they look to continue their run to the State Title. We have all ends of the spectrum of pass catchers in this piece, and each one is instrumental to their respective offense. His combination of size, speed, and athleticism makes him a matchup nightmare for opposing defenses. Cooper's excellent route-running, coupled with his strong hands and impressive field vision, allows him to consistently make big plays. He is averaging over 21 yards a catch with 21 receiving touchdowns and 1281 yards on the season. His ability to create separation and gain yards after the catch makes him a dynamic weapon for the Steele Knights. Look for Coop to have a big game this week against a tough 3rd round opponent in Austin Vandergrift. Pony up!   @RouteKingCoop     Boerne's Houston-bound wideout is a force to be reckoned with. Brooks' impressive ball-tracking ability allows him to make some spectacular catches on deep passes, but he can still drop his hips and create separation on intermediate routes as well. This has allowed him to score 9 touchdowns and over 1100 yards so far this season. With Perez's big frame and reliable hands, he's a go-to target for his quarterback, [player_tooltip player_id='1244451' first='Hank' last='Hendrix'], early and often. This big-play receiver has the potential to make a significant impact at the collegiate level if he chooses to make his way to the football stadium before the Big 12 baseball season begins next year. His speed, quickness, and fearless nature make him a constant threat to opposing defenses. With over 23 yards per reception and 7 touchdowns and over 1000 yards receiving, he's proven to be a dominant force in the passing game. Brody and the Rangers look to beat, district opponent, New Braunfels again in a rematch of a game played last month. This young man has all of the intangibles to play at the next level! His shifty moves, coupled with his excellent route-running, make him a tough matchup for any defensive back. Cayden has hauled in 7 receiving touchdowns and over 700 yards receiving so far this season. With his reliable hands and impressive speed, Mills is a constant threat to score. His outstanding footwork allows him to create separation and make big plays. Keep an eye on him as he'll be playing against a tough Smithson Valley team in the 3rd round where the Unicorns are looking to revenge a loss earlier this season.   @Damncayden     [player_tooltip player_id='1420725' first='Cameran' last='Dickson'], a 3-star Vanderbilt commit, is built for the wide receiver position.
