Dangerous from 40 yards and in, he has shown the power to make a state record tying 47 yard field goal as a sophomore in the state title game. He is automatic on his PAT while having never missed in his High School career. Another two-sport athlete excelling in the classroom, Max was able to make 3/4 field goals this season and have a quick release on his PATs. He can consistently put the ball into the endzone on his kickoffs and even when not, the height gives his teammates ample time to cover and make tackles where needed. He definitely has the talent to kick for a college program after another season and I would look for him to make the rounds this upcoming summer to show off his improved leg strength. A dual threat talent, Colton has speed and power to play the position and does his full load of work in the off-season to improve his skills and technique.
