It's going to start heating up for the 2026 class in the upcoming months, so I am jumping into the film room to give you the breakdown on a few juniors.

Here are five 2026s that jumped onto my radar this season:

[player_tooltip player_id='1551549' first='Brody' last='Koehler'] (Twitter), WR/ATH - Johnson-Brock - 6'4" 190 lbs

A great two-sport athlete for the Johnson-Brock Eagles who could see opportunities to play basketball or football at the next level. Koehler is a tall, athletic receiver who can dominate mismatches on the perimeter using his length and leaping ability to win on jump balls and fade routes. Brody does a good job elevating to catch the ball at the high point and has great concentration through the catch process. He reports a 4.59 40-yard dash which shows in his ability to get behind defenders and stretch defenses vertically. I don't have the full season stats, but through four games, Koehler had hauled in 32 receptions for 256 receiving yards and two receiving touchdowns.

[player_tooltip player_id='1551554' first='Jacob' last='Quist'] (Twitter), OL - Millard West - 6'4" 250 lbs

Junior [player_tooltip player_id='1551554' first='Jacob' last='Quist'] stepped up big time on an offensive line that seemed to improve week in and week out. Quist played guard for the Wildcats where he showed a lot of upside, especially as a run-blocker. His agility and lateral quickness were impressive on tape as he displayed nice mobility on pulling plays and when moving up to seal off LBs in the second level. A strong base allows him to drive through defenders when engaged in blocks while maintaining good bend and pad level. Quist also flashes a mean streak when looking to finish off blocks. They do a good job developing OL over at Millard West, so this is a player I would start buying stock in now!

[player_tooltip player_id='1113977' first='Zach' last='Wulf'] (Twitter), DL - Kearney - 6'2" 240 lbs

DL [player_tooltip player_id='1113977' first='Zach' last='Wulf'] has stood out as one of the unsung heroes on that tough Kearney defense. Wulf is a high-intensity player with a motor that is always running red-hot and flashes a mean streak when getting after the QB. Wulf racked up 38 tackles, 5 TFLs, a sack, two forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery through 10 games this year. He does a great job firing out of his stance with nice explosiveness in his hips and a strong leg drive. He uses various hand techniques effectively when looking to bypass/disengage opposing blockers. Very good nose for the ball. Wulf also flashed some versatility on the defensive line, lining up at end, tackle, and in different alignments. Zach is still in the playoffs, hoping to help the Bearcats make a run at Memorial.

[player_tooltip player_id='1540418' first='Dayton' last='Collins'] (Twitter), WR - Omaha Burke - 5'11" 160 lbs

Burke receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1540418' first='Dayton' last='Collins'] had himself a nice breakout season in year 3. The Bulldogs standout finished second on the team with 426 yards on 27 receptions with six receiving touchdowns. Collins has a pretty diverse skillset that allows him to do damage from anywhere on the field. He has the speed to go vertical, isn't afraid to cross over the middle, can work short yardage downs, and can tack on extra yardage after the catch. He does a good job finding open pockets in the defense to slip into to give his QB a receiving option. Collins displays strong hands, which helps him make tough catches through contact. Good job working his way back to the ball. Tons of upside!

[player_tooltip player_id='488216' first='Jaeston' last='Delano'] (Twitter), LB - Columbus - 6'1" 205 lbs

Columbus' [player_tooltip player_id='488216' first='Jaeston' last='Delano'] was already on our radar as a watchlist prospect, but after a very productive junior season, he will likely make a nice debut in the upcoming rankings update. Delano ended his junior campaign with 87 tackles, 4.5 TFLs, a sack, and an interception for the Discoverers. Jaeston is a solid-looking prospect with the measurements (6'1", 205 lbs) and test numbers (4.69 40-yard dash) to make some noise on the recruiting trail. I like the upside and versatility that is shown by Delano as a player you can move around the defense by playing as an outside linebacker, middle linebacker, and even up near the line of scrimmage to get after the QB. He has a quick first step that can shoot him through his gap and can close on the ball very well. He also has good lateral quickness, allowing him to flow very well from sideline to sideline. Sure tackler with good technique. Definitely a player to get on campus this winter/spring.
