Sam is a top tier gun slinger out of Downers Grove with great pedigree. He's coming off a recent offer from Michigan and he proved his hype during the showcase amongst his older peers winning MVP. He was head and shoulders above the competition in all classes and looks the part out the gate. Tall, lean muscular limbs and can move around the pocket showing off elite instincts. His throwing motion is natural and has zip behind his ball. Each drill was fluid and he got better as the day went on. Great hips, footwork, mechanics and attitude separated him from the pack. Sam approached each phase with focus and placed each pass in the window where his receivers could make a play. You could see comfort in moving the pocket during roll outs, bootlegs, or just sitting in his captain chair popping a deep ball on a rope. This kid will have a choice of school once it's all said and done.

Blake come in from the Tri City Wolverines with a point to prove and he did. A confident righty with a nice touch on his passes. During drills he took coaching well and made each rep count. He showed leadership, light feet in his drops, and spun the laces across the field when given the opportunity. Footwork was solid and didnt panic under pressure. I liked this kids poise and he will only get better.

The Bartlett Raiders has a dual threat Quarterback in [player_tooltip player_id='1567956' first='Jayden' last='Swanson']. At the showcase he made it known that he can deliver the ball in direct angles trying to do a few Pat Mahomes impersonations when in traffic. I felt he got through obstacles well with clean feet keeping his eyes downfield. Arm will get stronger over time as he matures but he understood the timing of routes and how to play to his strengths. Had quiet demeanor with a loud presence once the ball was snapped. There is a lot of potential is this young prospect.

Koa played for the Lake Villa Lancers last year and came to the showcase to claim a top spot in his grade. He definitely had the most velocity behind his ball and he kept improving through the instruction given. The football stayed up during intense drills and his foundation stood the test of time for the most part. He could throw routes to all receivers regardless of Class pretty accurately. Crazy to think he has two more years to develop in the middle school environment.

A dual threat righty out of Wisconsin mixed things up with his swag and firm delivery on the move. Noah is just as accurate when the pocket shifts as when he needs to stay stationary and puts the ball where it needs to be. This young man moves the chains even if things break down in front of him. I like his core strength and bounce when creates space in his drop in order to trust his pre-snap reads. You could tell he was a sponge during drills and didn't hide in line to get repetition. A lot of ability this kid has to grow into a complete QB.
