2025 Prospects Who Deserve an Offer – Part 2

He plays both TE and DE for Loyola and is an impactful at both. On offense, he can be used inline at TE or even in a move H-back role. Harper is an effective blocker who can work the seam/middle of the field and be a reliable receiver and outlet for his QB. On defense, Harper can play the edge and athletic enough to scrape down the line and rush the QB. He is also very effective at using his length to get lots of knockdown passes at the LOS. A good overall athlete as well, Harper is a basketball player who shows good feet and the ability to rise up to attack the ball. A nice frame player with good build and an impressive 79" wingspan, he is a DB with a lot of versatility and production. He is a physical player that will support the run, come off the edge and rush the QB and is a strong tackler. In coverage he can line up at CB,SS or in the slot and finished the year with 3 INTs. Brandon shows the ability to see the play develop in put himself in position to make the play regularly. His versatility is what makes Brandon unique and while he can play multiple spots, I see his best spot being as an in the box SS or nickel. Playing both at WR and DE for Owings Mills and being a big time impact player for them at both spots, he is certainly and under recruited prospect. Malachi stands 6'3" 200lbs and he plays up to that size. As a WR is very effective as being a big body target. Using his size to get position on the defender and able to go up and high point the ball. A real nice red zone option, could see some teams looking at him at even a flex TE option. His best spot for the next level in my mind as an edge DE/OLb. He has good length and a frame to fill out to 230+ in time. Malachi is quick off the snap and shows burst and twitch off the edge. He shows good hips, ability to get flat down the line and get to the ball quickly. Plays with good leverage, able to bend the edge, get skinny, and uses his speed/agility to be the OT. Malachi plays with a high motor and is a strong tackler that does not let the ballcarrier get by him. He has been a big piece to St. John's this season having a big impact in the kick return game as well as being a big contributor from the slot. With multiple big kick returns to put St. John's in scoring position to start their drive, he shows his long speed. As a slot WR he is effective in the quick screen game with good burst and wiggle. He also shows good overall athleticism with quick feet/hips and leaping ability, able to go up and high point the ball over taller defenders. He is a great size QB at 6'4" 215lbs with a strong frame. This year he has put up just under 1500yds passing with 14 passing TDs. He has also had some strong performances in key games such as throwing for 2 TDs in an almost upset win over Northwest HS in which Churchill lost by just 1 point. Hallas has a strong arm and will stand tall in the pocket eyes downfield to deliver a strike down field. He can bomb it deep or zip it in there with velocity. He is also a strong thrower on the run and is able to roll out and either find the open man or scramble for big chunks of yards. Vasi has the prototypical size and strength you like in a QB and should be a look for any college still looking for a QB. All year however he has been impressive on both sides of the ball and can see him being recruited at either WR or CB.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>As a wideout, Chrisitian is a crisp route runner, able to stem his routes stick his foot in the ground and create separation. He plays with good speed and twitch. You see him display really nice footwork and has the ability to make his own space / make guys miss with his twitchiness. On defense, he shows the ability to turn and find the ball quickly. Tracking it and going and making a play. In the PVI game he showed great balls skills and body control to get his 2 INTs. One was in the back of the endzone going up to get it and getting his feet down, and the second was a deep pass down the the sideline where he rode the receivers hip getting good position to locate and come down with it. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I really like Christian's build at 6'0" 190lbs , muscled up with a 75" wingspan. There is a lot to like from him as a prospect and I think FCS schools are missing on him right now.
