2025 Defenders who deserve offers

<p>I went through a number defensive playmakers below who in my opinion either deserve an offer or deserve better than what they have received so far. Their offers are coming as the holidays are approaching, here are a few below:</p>    <p class="text-gray-700">I had profiled Bangura as a linebacker earlier this year and that was incorrect, he is a talented safety/defensive back who is finishing his senior year strongly! Very physical at the point of of attack, Bangura deserves more opportunities at the next level. He had maybe his best game of the season two weeks ago against Lake Braddock where he had 8 tackles and an acrobatic interception. He covers a lot of ground in the Stallions secondary and I could see him playing safety in college. He is 6'0 and 170 lbs. would love to see his recruiting pick up as we begin postseason play.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Potomac High School corner/receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1343665' first='Jaziah' last='Berberena'] had himself a marvelous senior season. His hard work is paying off as he finally received another offer from Waynesburg University late last week! Having an all-conference type of year, Berberena has a 3.6 GPA and would like great in any division 3 programs uniform.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/JaziahBerberena/status/1847299571182960645 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">Osbourn's impressive turnaround started in the off-season and it finished with an above .500 record for the first time in three years. [player_tooltip player_id='1231609' first='Kha'moni' last='Morris'] was one of many reasons why for the turnaround the young man was everywhere for the Eagles. Finishing his final year for Osbourn with 3 interceptions and 18 pass break ups, Morris can play at the next level. </p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/khamoni_morris/status/1855661825771057571 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">One of the region leaders in sacks [player_tooltip player_id='1349361' first='Travis' last='McClain'] was a force up front for Fairfax defense all year. He gets after you up front as a part of a vicious front 7 for the Lions, McClain has quick hands to elude blockers. </p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/59tmac/status/1840761164684222828 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1321235' first='Luca' last='DellaFave'] had an all-district type of year with Patriot and saved his best work for later in the year. A speedy linebacker with great range, DellaFave made some plays for the Pioneers particularly in their win over Gainesville. Should be interesting to see how the Pioneers defense holds up with playoff season abound. Coach Finnerty is going to rely on his senior playmaker to keep Patriot's season alive. </p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/LucaDellafave/status/1850215722250559954 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1356772' first='Tyler' last='Opong'] entered his final year in Woodbridge on a mission and so far so good. Helping lead the Vikings back to the playoffs for the first time in in 7 years, Opong dominated up front. He is 6'3 and 250 lbs. of solid muscle not a ton of baby fat on this rising prospect. So far he has had game day visits but no offers yet, they seem more than overdo. In my opinion this young man could terrorize backfields at the division 2 level next fall. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Perhaps one of the bigger stock risers in northern Virginia is South Lakes linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1456924' first='Canyon' last='King']. While the Seahawks overall season may have been disappointing you cannot fault the play of King, he was a beast all year. Finishing with 92 tackles on the year one of the more impressive linebackers you will see on tape. He is everywhere and his coverage skills show he can play both backer and safety at the next level.
