Week 9 Eye Opening Performances: Specialists

Colin went 6/6 PAT's and connected on a 33 yard FG to propel the Bobcats to a 45-14 victory against Lansing. Yusef connected on a 50 yard FG, 3/3 PATs, and 4 Touchbacks on Kickoffs. Last Friday night against Lebo Alejandro stayed busy by going 6/6 on PATs and kicking 8 of his 9 Kickoffs out the back of the end zone. He by far has the strongest leg in the state of Kansas and was recently put on my radar a couple of weeks ago. His season totals for Kickoffs have been 53/58 on touchbacks with a 64 yard average on his Kickoffs. Even though TJ punted the ball once it was the most important punt for the season for the Tornadoes. The ball traveled 40 yards to pin Reno County inside the 10. 6 plays later their defense comes up with a turnover to give their offense back the ball to score a TD 3 plays later. TJ has filled in for Punting for the Tornadoes for the last half of the season. Sam went 7/7 on PATs with a 22 yard chip shot to extend the lead to 45 in the 4th Quarter. Sam has showcased the ability to bounce back when things don't go right for him during the games.
