Week 7 rolled in on the heels of some blustery fall weather last Friday and with it came the expected standout quarterback play. And, although the weather was fall-like and enjoyable, mother nature made it challenging at times for varsity gunslingers, with swirling winds gusting up over 30+ mph at some locations.

But if anyone thought it was going to slow down the great performances, think again. That's one thing about Kansas quarterbacks, they learn how to play in any weather condition, but in particular they learn to handle the wind.

In some games the Kansas winds are so bad it essentially leaves QB's only two quarters to really air it out with the wind at their back. Even then, the gusting, swirling blasts can be tricky to deal with. QB's playing in domes or in the warm-weather states have no idea what a hassle the wind can be.

But, once again, I digress. The wind was definitely a factor, but the guys below were either able to manage it, or for some of the dual-threat aces, they just shifted gears and dominated through the run game.

In this report we will take a look at some of the top quarterback play from week 7, so without further adieu, let's dive into some of the incredible performances from this past Friday.
