The end of the regular season is upon us! Crazy to think that we have one round of games left for the state before we find out who our playoff field is. Sadly, there are several teams who look like they are out of contention for the playoffs. Within those teams are several athletes who have college talent. So in this week's segment of seniors to watch we are going to focus on those players on teams who will be playing their final game of the season. These kids are going to be steals for programs at the next level. Get to know them and get them on your radars today.

Jjaquari is a two way player for Janesville Parker this season as well as filling the role of kick returner on special teams. He has a strong base of explosive athleticism to be able to make quick changes of direction and acceleration. His midseason highlights show a lot of examples of him being a quick processor at safety. He reads and react and has the range to get to the ball to make stout tackles. On offense they like to get him involved on misdirection or attacking the edges in the run game. His speed and tough running when he faces defenders gives him a strong advantage in those situations. Check out those midseason highlights and other weekly highlights below.

Another impressive two-way impact player that is flying under the radar is DB/RB/Wr [player_tooltip player_id='1251524' first='Jason' last='Webster']. The senior is an explosive athlete and very aggressive at DB. When he sees the ball in front of him he is one of the best at triggering downhill and making reliable tackles in space to shut down plays quickly. With the ball in his hands, Jason shows vision to find alleys and blocks and ways to slice through the defense. He has the big play speed, and also brings physicality to the position. Physicality that don't expect from a 5'9" athlete, but the senior makes the defense earn their tackles of him. I can see the talented playmaker making an impact at slot receiver or slot corner at the next level. Check him out.

Early in his career, Braxton was a key contributor on varsity at the safety position. As his career has gone on we have seen him also make plays at WR along with his DB play. Starting on the offensive side of the ball. I really like the physicality that Braxton plays with. At the catch we see strong hands to hang on through traffic and also be able to pull it away from DBs trying to rip it out. After the catch the senior is a tough runner who forces defenses to gang tackle him. He is also a smooth route runner who can create and keep separation from DBs. On defense we see Braxton in the box or on the edge pretty often. He is a nice chess piece that you can use to lock down the edge, vs the QB, or play out in the flats zone where he can also pressure the QB if they roll to his side and he doesn't have a defender to guard. The safety has range to play out in space and also the quickness to slice through the front seven to make tackles without getting blocked by offensive linemen. The versatile senior is one of the top available players. Check out the tape.

This week's article is full of versatile, two way seniors who play S/WR for their varsity teams. Another one to know is the 6'3" 200 lbs athlete out of Rhineland. Zach has a big, strong frame that also has a solid profile of athleticism. That size and athleticism pairs together to create impactful power as a tackler and as a ball carrier. Zach has shown alignment versatility this season playing on the back end at safety or starting in the box to support the run defense. Zach has good speed so he can have the range to flow with receivers while reading the QB and then quickly close to make a play on the ball. On offense we see his speed to get the edge and his strength to finish runs. Check out the hidden gem in Northern WI.

Dakotah was the first Wr to catch our eyes way back when the Class of 2025 first debuted. Since he was a freshman, Dakotah has been a huge piece of the Green Bay West passing game. Since then he has not only continued that strong play at WR, but also at CB. Dakotah excels with his quick twitch athleticism. It makes him a dynamic route runner who can explode out of breaks and made the sudden change of directions that opposing corners can't run with. Montez also has effective play speed to be able to close on off coverage corners quickly to put extra pressure on them to try and match his breaks. The senior easily tracks the ball in the air and has natural hands. On defense the senior shows that quick twitch agility allowing him to easily mirror receivers. He also does a great job attacking the receiver after the catch and making secure tackles. Check out the steal of a senior prospect.

One of the top breakout seniors in Wisconsin this season was [player_tooltip player_id='707668' first='Thomas' last='Medley']. The 6'2" 240 lbs DE has been very productive off the edge this season and giving offenses fits. the package he brings off the edge should excite a lot of college recruiters. His first step quickness gives him a consistent advantage. He has the body control and lateral agility to make linemen miss and adjust his rush path while on the attack. Thomas also does a great job of using his hands to create separation and shed blocks. He has an exciting and dominant blend of power and explosiveness that gets him into the backfield consistently. He is a mismatch on the edge. Don't sleep on him.

The senior out of Eau Claire Memorial has put together some impressive film in his senior season. The 6'1" 205 lbs senior is a physical presence in the backfield. He does a great job following his blocks and once he gets into the second level he goes to work with his physicality. Shimar is a punishing runner with a strong lower body that can churn through contact and break tackles. The senior finishes every run with violence as he tries to gain extra yards. Shimar also has something on tape that is very rare at this level. Pass blocking reps. The kid excels at taking on LBs and has the power to either stand them up where he meets them or pancake them onto their backs. He is a versatile and talented athlete that is soaring under the radar. Get on him today.

We end with an impressive senior who had just hit our radar around the midseason point. Brody is a massive OT prospect at 6'7" 275 lbs. He is pretty new to football, so he is raw and just starting to tap into what he could potentially be. The big man is agile and light on his feet, especially for his size. He has the body control to be able to quickly react to counter moves or rushers trying to cross his face. Once he gets his hands on his man Brody does a great job driving them away from the ball and staying on them until the whistle blows or he puts them on the ground. The raw traits are there and ready to be formed into a next level athlete. Size, strength, length, quick feet. Someone is going to get a fun ball of clay.
